It's FINE! Skunkblaze mewed again, more embarrassed than anything else that the apprentice was apologizing so much. Food was food, no matter who caught it. At least in leafbare, any food was welcome. Nodding quickly at the mention of getting the paw checked out, she mewed It was a simple mistake. I didn't run into a tree my first time. I ran into a thorn bush! It was much less pleasant in the moment, although somewhat less longterm damaging. Although Starclan willing Cedarpaw would be fine. As the molly set off towards camp, Skunkblaze moved up beside her on the injured side, in case she needed a bit of support to balance out the weight of the rabbit. @Cougar

Riankit purred at Littlepaw's response. She liked being missed! Well... She liked cats liking her enough to miss her! Yeah! That was it! She liked being liked! When cats liked her and wanted to be around her, that made her happy. She liked being happy. "I missed you too!" She chirped bouncing a bit closer to her friend. It was strange when her friends grew up and left the nursery before her, but she would catch up to them all! Rainkit knew she'd be an apprentice in no time! "Don't worry Littlepaw! I'll be sure to be an apprentice really quick and then I can work hard so we can be warriors together too!! We'll have lots more fun, and we can do things Echowind won't let me do yet! Like training together and we can share a den again!" She went on, grinning as she spoke. She was almost to excited to be an apprentice. Yeah she liked being a kit but being an apprentice sounded so fun! You got to train and hunt and go out of camp without having to sneak! It sounded like the best compared to being a kit.

Her eyes widened in surprise, however it was soon followed by a tilt of her head. "You don't know?" Riankit asked a bit more quietly then she had previously spoken. "Oh! You are new to WindClan aren't you! Okay, I will teach you all about the Clans Bunnykit, just leave it to me!" The black kitten declared giving a bright smile. Yes, she would teach her how everything worked and what things where. It was a good thing she had been asking around herself. Sitting down beside Bunnykit, Rainkit bent down to get in the kits line of sight, as her denmate was looking down, just to give her a big friendly smile. After doing so, Rainkit sat back up and puffed her chest. "Okay! We will start with the Clans, there are four of us: WindClan, the best Clan, ThunderClan, the boring Clan, RiverClan, the okay-ish nice Clan and ShadowClan the stupid evil Clan. Echowind and Weaselskip told me that, but we don't have to worry about anyone invading us, they are scared of us and there are a bunch of cats that will protect us!" She explained. giving an over dramatic nod. "Now! In the WindClan, there is a Leader, Twilightstar who tells every cat what to do, a Deputy, Breezefeather who is Twilightstar's helper that tells her things and tells cats who goes on patrols. Than there is the Medicine cats and their apprentices, we have Coldamber and Snailswirl, they help make owes and anything that hurts go away! And umm, then we have Warriors which hunt for food, protect us, training apprentices and patrol! Apprentices are what we will be when we start to train to be a warrior and then there are kits, which are us, and Queens which would be like Echowind, my mom, and other cats that have kits. And Elders, they are the old cats that tell stories and are pretty cool, you gotta be nice to them, they are really old and you don't wanna hurt them." She explained stopping to catch her breath. There was so much to say! After taking a moment to breath she remembered she didn't answer all the questions. "Oh! Yeah, rouges are cats that don't live in a Clan but are mean to the Clans and Loners are cats that don't live in the Clans but are nice! Also Kittypets are cats that live soft boring lives with twolegs!" Rainkit added. There that was it she explained it all, everything she knew about everything! Yes, this was the perfect explanation to everything! ow she just had to see if Bunnykit understood that. "Make sense?" She asked the other kitten curiously.

Stretching the little black kitten scanned the nursery for a new friend, she was on a role lately meeting new cats and having fun with them. It was just so fun to meet every cat around WindClan and make friends! Spotting another kit a little ways away Rainkit bounced over, if she remembered correctly this was Cloverkit, but she could be wrong. "Hi!" She chirped bouncing up to the other kit. "Do you wanna hang out? We can play a game or just talk, I am good with either!" She explained giving a big smile.

The orange tabby turned around quickly at the sound of another cat's voice. "DWONT TOUCH MY ROCK CWOLLECTIWON!" [DON'T TOUCH MY ROCK COLLECTION!]

Hopefully by asking her opinion, Willowwhisper could slowly start to show Hailpaw that she was valued, and that she didn't have to be alone anymore. She retreated from the apprentices' den and fluffed her fur against the chilly early morning breeze, waiting for Hailpaw to join her.

Hailpaw followed Willowwhiper out of the apprentices den, who... Wanted her opinion? It wasn't like it had never happened before, surely, yet it still felt... Rather new, perhaps. At least, it coming from a warrior she barely knew. Hailpaw figured that there just hadn't been much occasions were her opinion was needed, either, so.. "w-well, I suppose that I have been rather curious about adder rocks, to be honest but.." the older apprentice though for a moment "I doubt we'll find much prey there now." she almost didn't dare suggest it, the warrior offered the lake shore after all but she felt as if she hadn't put a good ending to the phrase she'd started, and that didn't sit to well with her "Perhaps we could hunt within the tunnels? I'm aware their system is complicated, but bunnies might be down there-- o-of course the lake would be good too" the silver furred molly quickly caught up to herself by the end, realising that at this point... She might've been rambling a bit. Goodness, this wasn't going great at all - Hailpaw felt as if she were making a fool of herself despite her calm demeanour.

Willowwhisper felt a twinge of guilt seeing the apprentice stutter her way through what most would consider a light conversation. Maybe she should have noticed this before... they did share a Clan together, after all. Oh well. No changing the past now, and hopefully she would be able to help Hailpaw eventually, even if just a little.

The apprentice's thoughts were interrupted by Willowwhipser's voice, and Hailpaw wasn't displeased to hear the warrior found both ideas good. One could say she was even almost happy to hear to older molly would be willing to teach her the tunnel system a bit more, even "I am up for it, and would be delighted if you could" Hailpaw finally answered with a small yet polite dip of her head. Although the tunnel's always appeared to mess up her neatly groomed fur, which was less than a joy, she couldn't deny her interest in them and their system - so this suggestion was one Hailpaw gladly accepted, although she hadn't quite expected for it to be offered in the first place.

Willowwhisper's tail-tip flicked up ever so slightly at hearing that the apprentice was interested. Okay, maybe I'm a little more lonely than I've been letting myself admit...
"Excellent," she replied, keeping her voice level but bright. "...Would you like to head to the entrance closest to here, or is there somewhere else you'd like to explore?" This has got to be the most she's spoken to a single cat in moons. Willowwhisper generally preferred to keep to herself, and express opinions through a simple nod of the head or point of the tail, but right now some more straightforward dialogue was necessary. She didn't mind so much, although it would take some getting used to. She continued to trot on with the silver she-cat by her side as the sun made its way further up into the sky.

With the flurry of words that came flying at him, Littlepaw felt a bit overwhelmed. He tucked his ears back slightly, though kept the same lopsided grin plastered on his maw. "I-I'm excited f-for when yo-ou become a-a-an appren-entice. We c-can hunt t-together!" It was really the only thing that the tom knew right now, since he hadn't started battle training with Seedheart yet - not that he was eager to. Warrior training was already a pawful as it was. Perhaps once the tiny she-kit in front of him received her apprentice promotion, they could do it together. Yeah, that would certainly calm his nerves down. Well, at least for a bit.

"H-How is Echowi-ind? I h-haven't seen her l-lately." The queen had been like a second mother to him when he'd first arrived since he'd made fast friends with Rainkit. It was easier to make friends with the kits. They were always happy to see him and didn't care that anxiety was constantly bubbling from him. He liked being comfortable for once, not terrified of what jabs and jeers he would have to fight off.
