(In the first books, they meet at Fourtrees, so I'm assuming all the borders meet at Seastones on WCO. I'm not sure, tho. @QueenCuphead is probably better to ask, since they made the thread. @Cougar)

Cinderpaw turned stay out of this! Where not on your territory and we where defending our own from this shadowclan cat she hissed and then turned to moon paw like I’ll beleave that, shadowclan cats are never just walking around near the border
