The molly had just returned from almost two moons of being missing. Great StarClan, that's a while! She searched the nursery for a nest and eventually found a quiet one in the very back that was half-hidden in shadows. She settled down and gave a weary sigh. She wondered how Ashflame was, and that wonder turned into worry for her mate. The worry turned into anxiousness to see him. She calmed herself and looked to the nursery entrance silently hoping he would rush through it.

Ashflame didn't care about her story, only that she was back. He purred. "I almost thought the kits would have to be born outside of Shadowclan!" he cried.
