"Sure- what game?" Her forest green eyes eyed the guilty moss-ball... it could be a boring game, but it would do. Or... "Do you want to play clan?" Frostkit wasn't usually one for clan-life games, but watching her new dad give orders had sparked a new interest.

Rapidkit raced out of the nursery. She wasn't gonna be stuck in there forever, not her! No matter what all the queens said. She didn't even listen to them, anyway. Her wild fur flattened against her small face as she ran straight up to a warrior who was standing in the entrance of a place made of something. "Hi! I'm Rap- idkit!" She paused in the middle of a word, which happened often. Almost like the word broke. Her small frame forced her to look at his legs, until she remembered that her head somehow tilted up. "Who you?" @Bumblebee

"Dusksilp. And, what are you doing outside the nursery? You aren't supposed to be here. " He bent his head down to whisper to her. "I know I shouldn't do this, but maybe I could show you outside of camp? Maybe teach you a few things?" He smiled, and bent his head back up. He looked at this kit with a playful face. Maybe his day won't be so bad after all. He could teach this kit a few things, then bring her back here. Didn't sound so bad.

"Really?" Lightningpaw hardly noticed the squeak in his best friend's voice. He didn't know what that stuff meant. So he just listened to Flamepaw. "Oh, okay!" That made sense. How else would you get stable? You had to make your paws stable! He didn't really seem to notice the uncertainty in Flamepaw's voice, or how she trailed off a bit. He was positive that Flamepaw was the best apprentice! And he would be soon, too! And Flamepaw was speaking again! He focused entirely on her, because she was an awesome teacher! And then he tried again, and he didn't fall! "I think I'm doing it, maybe?" He looked in between his paws to his tail and belly. They didn't look like they were quite in the right position... but they did at the same time. And it was confusing.

Dusksilp. That sounded like a weird name! Weirder than the other kits' names in the nursery! Her name was the only good one. "I am al- lowed out of the nursery!" she protested, stomping her tiny paw. "I'm one anna half moon!" She was going to continue, but now the big ol' thing was talking to her! Right in her ear! "Why you qui- et?" She didn't see why he had to be quiet. And going out of camp sounded fun! "Yeah! I wanna go outta camp! And be teached!" She practically shouted the words, excited to go out. @Bumblebee

Tinykit hissed, then stopped. Wow. It was his first time doing it, and wow. It was so weird! But cool at the same time! He chirped to calm himself down, then paused. Oh.. Buckinstarp couldn't do anything? But he was leader! Tinykit depended on him! It was the rule, the, - the -

The code!

He knew that Lit would listen to him. At least one cat was on his side. Tinykit poked his head outside of the leaders' den, expecting to see his brother waiting outside - Tiny had gotten up early like usual. But Lit wasn't there. Something was wrong. Every trace of his brother was old. How had he not noticed? Tiny suddenly broke into sobs, once again. "LIT GONE! LIT GONE! YOU NO STOP! TINYKIT HATE BUCKINSTARP OH YES HE DOES! YOU AWFUL! YOU - YOU - YOU STUPID HEAD!"

Sunripple walked out into the clearing, the sun reflecting off his golden pelt. He could already tell that everything was starting to warm up as New-leaf was approaching. Sunripple picked out a vole, but it sent a sudden shock up his body as it's cold body hit his teeth. It certainly was not fresh kill, but it would do. The warrior padded over to a grassy area and sat down. He could practically feel the bugs begin to crawl up his pelt. But, the grass was comfortable so he was willing to sit there.

"Hey Sunripple!" Robinwhisker called, padding up to the fresh kill pile to pick out her own meal. The early morning snow still clung to her calico pelt, causing the she-cat to shiver. Luckily its warming up now She thought to herself, nosing through the cold prey.
"Is this all there is?" She wrinkled her nose in disgust, much preferring a warm vole to a cold one. "I'm not sure I can stomach any more cold prey this leaf-bare. Do you want to come hunting with me?" Her green eyes fixed on the warrior, trying to avoid the cold vole that sat in front of him.
