Backstory:
Swiftkit was born alongside one sister to two ThunderClan warriors. They both loved their kits very much, maybe a bit too much, and showered them with constant praise, which led to Swiftkit's very high self-esteem. He quickly became a popular kit in the nursery, with charm, intelligence, and a high ego. He enjoyed his kithood, and was ready for his apprentice ceremony. When it came, however, he was totally unprepared for the mentor he received. His mentor wasn't as kind and wonderful to him as his parents were. In fact, he wasn't kind at all, often scaring Swiftpaw into doing things. He offered no praise or support, and expected Swiftpaw to learn everything on his own quickly, with no help. And he would push his apprentice very hard in training. They were training for battle when his mentor cut a long, deep gash down his left side, among other injuries. It scarred and left the mark he has now. Swiftpaw endured 2 and a half moons of this, and more. But eventually, his mentor went mysteriously missing, gone without a trace.
