Ugh, more work, so annoying. But at least it was hunting-related. Eaglepaw liked killing stuff. She scented out a dove. It was on a tree root, cleaning it's feathers. She crouched carefully. Sneaking quietly, she prepared to pounce. The dove was pushed to the ground and bitten. She was tempted to just run off but decided to see how her mentor is doing.
After splitting off, Sycamorerain quickly detected a nearby squirrel. Tracking its scent, he spotted it, a few tail lengths up a tree trunk. This might be a bit of a tricky catch. Darting forward, the bicolored tom swiftly leapt up and caught it, clinging to the tree trunk, squirrel in jaws. Climbing back down, he carried his prey over to find Eaglepaw, and caught sight of her managing to snatch up a dove. “Nice work!” Now, should they keep going? ”We’ve caught quite a bit of prey already. So what would you like to do? Keep hunting, or head back to camp early so you can rest up for battle training tomorrow?”

Eaglepaw thought quickly. If she stayed, she'd have to do more work. If they went, she wouldn't be able to explore. Or maybe... She'd be able to sneak away and explore on her own. Maybe do some pranks and steal some prey. "I'd say we go back. I can't wait for battle training tomorrow." she said smoothly.
Amberglow let out a chuckle and smiled. "Yeah, now let's head on to the next place."
"Here's our last place: Muskrat Mire." The warrior made sure to keep her and her apprentice at a further distance than they had at the last three places. "There are muskrats here, and they're quite dangerous, so we should keep our distance."
Oooh baby oh little adorable baby so scared yet so curious and sweet. The warrior was struggling not to cry when the kit hid at being groomed (almost like they'd never been before) as he desperately tried to communicate in the only language all cats knew. He purred. Kittens purred after just being born, mother cats purred to bond and sooth their kittens to sleep in a lullaby, hurt cats and their loved ones purred to help heal and scared cats purred to make friends and even if this kitten couldnt hear it Gravehound would purr his heart out to make sure they knew they were safe now. So many cuts, so much blood, and the fluffy tom somehow gentled his movements even more as he curled his tail around the tiny thing, tongue lapping along his pelt.
It was obvious the little thing wasnt going to be able to get to camp on its own, it struggled so with only a few steps, but he doubted the injured scrap would let him carry him yet at all... But he had a plan. Kits were notorious for being high energy high sleep little things and with the adrenaline and panic fading eventually the scrap would just drop form exhaustion and maybe even fall asleep against Gravehounds belly right there. With the calm of sleep he could carry him back! But that could just not occur too, distrust and fear was a strong motivator, so the mute tom might have to win his trust before attempting a pick up. If that was the case the warrior had the next best thing to a kit, especially a skinny one; food bribery. A warrior could easily catch something to feed the kitten with to earn their trust and then carry them back to camp where he'd be safe even if he'd originally come out here to hunt for the clan... (The kitten would be a part of the clan soon and it'd still count it was fine)
And if there was also a fear of the warrior carrying him? Gravehound would find and murder whoever did this to a kit settle the little thing between his big shoulders for a badger ride back to camp with ease. Right the plan was in place now it was time to make sure the kitten knew they were safe with him, safe now from whatever had hurt him.
// sorry for the short response o:
As the strong yet gentle vibrations moved through his pelt, the scrawny grey tom almost squeaked out in a mix of what seemed to be comfort with a little bit of fear. Though he couldnt exactly hear the purrs of the huge warrior, it still held the same effect that a normal purr would. Seemingly melting into a little puddle of fur and flaky blood on the cool earth, the small tom-kit let out his own little purr, a soft and barely audible sound of content sounding from his throat. Still, the fear washed over him and he stifled the purr almost as soon as it came. No, he couldn't make a noise, he refused to. Noise made his previous house-folk toss his out, so it certainly must be a bad thing. Stiffening up yet again, he attempted to push his body into the fluffy belly of Gravehound even more, wanting so badly to hide in all the fur.
RainDancer wandered around thunderclan territory worrying over TwilightWing, she was wounded and weak, and one of her only living family members.RainDancer sighed she need to get her mind off of all this stuff, suddenly she smelt a horrible stench and a fox leapt out of the bushes snarling,RainDancer whipped around and ran as fast as she could away from camp not wanting to lead the fox to it she kept running even as she left the fox behind, finally she stopped, panting RainDancer looked around nothing seemed familiar."Where am I"she wondered to herself, she tasted the air there was no thunderclan or any caln scent on the wind,RainDancer was lost.
Forestpaw smiled and nodded. She’d been there before, with Sageflurry. It was one of her dearest memories and where she’d caught her first piece of prey! Perhaps she could make new memories with Sloefrost there!

The small molly's fur bristled. "Yeesh, yea they sure do sound scary." Getting up, she went ahead and followed Amberglow. "Where do you think we could do hunting at?" she smirked, her blue-gray eyes glittering with excitment.

RainDancer slowly trudged back to camp, afraid of what she would find in her return.Even though the coyotes were gone the scar they left still lingered. The warriors were probably starting the repair to the camp walls and Rainywhisker had (her/his) paws full.Rain Dancer shuddered thinking about her sister who was laying limp in the medicine cat den with a long gash down her foreleg.RainDancer sighed she was just close enough to camp to smell all the many different scents of the thunderclan cats.Suddenly she saw a she-cat pacing around in a circle, she obviously did not see the fox that was lurking behind her but RainDancer did she leapt snarling at the fox and clawed at its eyes, the young fox turned tail and ran off."Hello, are you ok,I haven't seen you before".said RainDancer panting a few feet away.
