Pits fur bristled. Another cat, in the area he typically hunted in. There weren't any defined territories, but it was generally a thing that you didn't hunt where others hunted. It might be a kittypet, they were the ones who were normally guilty of petty trespassing. Hello. he mewed, trying to keep his voice cordial. He didn't want to get on the wrong paw immediately.

Apple's head looked up from the bush, then back down quickly. I can test my new pouncing trick on them. she thought, getting into her pouncing position. She got lower, then pounced on the huge she cat, trying to pin her.
