Beechkit was scared, and confused. What had just happened? Who is that white cat? Why is she not moving? Beechkit's head was full with questions. And was that Buckstar that made the cat look so... asleep and bloody? Beechkit shuddered. The sleeping white cats eyes were open, but glazed over... then why was she so still? She had to be alive! "B-buckstar? What is wrong with h-her?" she asked, stuttering out of fear.

Where was his mother? cricket-kits mother was Bramble-berry but, she was not his real mom, his real mom was a mystery. . . Cricket-kit wailed usure why Frostpaw, who he had me was dead she had tried to kill Buckstar! Why was she a traitor?!

He'd been out on a fruitless search until then, padding into the den to find another warrior mostly out of it in one of the nests. Rainywhisker retains a swear, lashing his tail and bustling quicker further into the den to fetch some cobwebs. Without Frostpaw, juggling the entire Clan on his own would be rough. He needed to find the time to discuss the matter at-paw with Buckstar soon. Returning to Ebonyfrost, he sets the small bundle of webbing down and first reaches for a bit of moss. It had become his first go-to for cleaning, as tongues were rougher and the tom preferred to keep an eye on his patient as he cleaned them, to make sure they were doing alright.
Taking the soaked moss in paw, he runs it over her wounds. "What happened?" he questions.

Valleypaw cringed as the kit began to wail. She stiffly gave the kit a soft pat on the shoulder, looking wholely uncomfortable. Gosh, this was definitely the last time she came to any kits rescue. "Don't cry," She tried weakly. "Frostpaw was just playing dead, that's all."

Valleypaw took a moment to think, trying to come up with an excuse for the blood. "Er..." However, she was saved by the appearance of Brambleberry. "Oh, look! Your mother," She mewed quickly. "He's over here," She called, waving her tail to get the queen's attention.

Sunripple was still a bit shocked by the meeting. It was one of the hardest things to sit through. A cat killed, lied about, and executed. He was trying to shake off the fact that Frostpaw was dead, and she was never meant to be medicine cat apprentice. Especially since she was the one who had healed his fox injuries. He just sat there for a moment trying to make sure that it had actually happened. Sunripple glanced at his formerly sprained paw. He didn't want to think of it any longer, so instead, he got up and walked away.
