Blizzardsky glanced at the other warrior, frankly he didn’t know what it was that was making the ground rumble, he didn’t think it was a monster in the tunnels, but he wasn’t sure. He knew they were suppose to investigate, but he was worried about Primrosepaw getting injured.

"I'm Swift" she meowed. Swift was given her name by her mother when she was small and had caught her first peace of prey.

Spiderpaw had been having a brain fart for a hot minute before realizing she'd been called for a patrol. She glanced around for a minute in an attempt to spot her patrol mates, and she finally caught sight of them a distance away. The apprentice ran over as fast as her medium-sized paws could take her, and she stopped beside them, a little out of breath. She took a few short seconds to just breath before saying something. "Errr- hi!" She offered a sheepish smile.

Spiderpaw paused for a second as she realized she was on a patrol with just fellow apprentices. Aye!! That was fun. They could do stuff! What kind of stuff, Spiderpaw didn't know, but she was sure they'd think of something - she wasn't letting this opportunity go to waste by just hunting.

Spiderpaw had gotten there in time to only hear the last bit of Plum's dialogue. Cross what off the list? Mm.. well, she hoped Plumpaw hadn't meant swimming, since that was what Spiderpaw was going to suggest as a thing to pass the time. "Aye! Wanna do somethin? Like.. hmm. Go swimmin'? Like the fishies?" ...Spiderpaw wasn't even a good swimmer --last time, she'd half drowned-- but it seemed like a cool idea,, right!? The water might be a liiiiittle cold, but it was a nice day out and what was a little freeze when you were havin' fun? Maybe they could even catch some fish to bring back.

Ooookay, yeesh, someone was a downer. Morningpaw looked Plumpaw up and down before shrugging to herself and hurrying after the other she-cat. "I dunno," she responded, trying to match Plumpaw's blunt tone. "You're the patrol leader, right? Doesn't that mean you get to decide?"

As Spiderpaw approached, though, her serious facade dropped like a stone and her eyes lit up. "Swimming! Yeah! I'd love to go swimming! I mean- I don't really know how yet, Kestrelwing hasn't taught me, but how hard can it be, right? Swimming!" Kestrelwing would probably tell her off for this - okay, no, she'd definitely get in trouble - but he wasn't here. So guess what? That meant swimming.

Completely ignoring Plumpaw's little speech about 'not swimming', she ran full-speed toward the riverbank and then leaped. She landed with a splash in the freezing cold water and let out a shriek of surprise at its icy touch - and then promptly began to sink. Frantically she began to smack her paws at the water's surface. "I'm fine! I'm fine! I-" Water splashed into her mouth and she spat it out with a cough, starting to sound panicked. "I'm totally fine dont worry about me, i got it i promisesomeonepleasegetmeoutofherohstars."

Leafshade watched the river, waiting for a fish. "So you're going to wait for a fish, obviously." And once one was swimming over by her, she spoke again. "Once one comes over, you're going to smack it up and grab it," she said, before grabbing the fish.

Lakepaw's ears twitched. Wait for the fish? That should be simple. The blue-gray feline made her way over towards the river, making sure her shadow wasn't seen. She saw some small fish swimming right on by, not interesting at all. She sighed, going ahead and waiting patiently before one she had caught her interest in made its way over.

Suddenly, her eyes trailed right on over towards a..rather large fish on the riverbank, flopping as it tried to get back in the river. "Leafshade, look!" She pointed her tail over towards the large fish, her blue-gray gaze then turning into slits. "I am gonna try to get it.." Without waiting for an response, she went ahead and made her way towards the riverbank. Oh boy.
