Stormkit padded over to his sister. She was looking a bit down, trapped in her thoughts you might say. "Hey Ravenkit. You alright?" He mewed sitting down beside her. His tail instinctively wrapped around his leg as he looked at her.

ravenkit shook her head and turned to her brother im fine! i was just chasing a butterfly! he said happily though she was lying of course. she wasnt ok she hadent been since her mom died. she had been happy near her brother but when she wasnt she would think of her mother, mostly because of yelling in the nursery but she tried to ignore that. want to play! she asked

Stormkit paused to think for a moment. What did he want to play? Then a game popped into his head that he remembered from when he was a younger kit. "How about you pretend to be Firestar, and I'll be Tigerstar!" He mewed. Stormkit was about the size of an apprentice, and would soon receive his apprentice name so it was best to go easy on Dirtkit.

lets play chase! i bet you cant get me she said tesingly before dashing off. her legs moving as fast as the could, she pushed off with her back legs as well. she felt the wind against her fur and for a second she forgot she was in the nursery until she almost ran into the wall she then ran out of the nursery and into camp purring

Leafkit was bored. she wished she could play, but when another clan took over her own clan, there wasn't much she could do. she wanted to play something, but most of all, she wanted to be an apprentice already.

Stormkit chased Ravenkit out of the nursery. A wide smile was on his face as his legs propelled him forward at his sister. Chase was by far his favorite game. Stormkit was a great runner, as were most Windclan cats, so any chance he could get to exercise his legs was one he would take. "I'm gonna get you!" He hollered to Ravenkit, slowly catching up. He launched himself at her, gently.

During the trek, Featherlight had let Crowtooth and Skunkblaze explain what was going on back in WindClan as he had stayed ahead of the patrol near Beastspark to continue scouting for upcoming dangers. Luckily, there had been none. But the horrors that had happened in the past moon alone replayed on a loop in his head. Breezefeather's death, Thunderkit's death, plenty of vicious skirmishes between his Clanmates and the fox-hearts of ShadowClan. Dawnstar's looming presence... A shudder passed through him and he had to squeeze his blue eyes shut to dismiss the thoughts. Things were going to be better with Twilightstar back. Right?

He'd turned to glance at the leader once or twice during their walk as Crowtooth and Skunkblaze filled her in, studying her. This was his former mentors closest friend, the leader he looked up to and respected so much, and it absolutely tore him down to see her reduced to such a state.

The fact that they had made it back to WindClan, and without any interruptions from any unwanted visitors was enough of a victory for Featherlight to heave a sigh of relief. He'd been the last of the bunch to carry Twilightstar as the group moved quickly out of the dark abyss of the twoleg den, back through ShadowClan territory, and once again onto familiar moorland.

"We're almost home, Twilightstar," the gray speckled tom purred, pausing so that he could take a full breath in. The Clan leader had lost quite a bit of stature and weighed next to nothing, but Featherlight himself was already skinny. He would carry her back all the way if she requested it, but the lack of prey and the running himself ragged had been wearing on him. "Are you okay to walk from here? Or do you need me to carry you the rest of the way?"
