Fennelnose sat in the clearing, close to the entrance of the warriors' den. By the look of them, Fennel had just woken up from a quick nap and was getting ready to go out hunting once more. The sun was just beginning to set, yet they still seemed determined to leave the clearing and venture into the forest. A sigh escaping their jaws, Fennelnose began to wash their ears with their paw, their cream-colored fur rippling as they moved. It was tough, thinking about what had gone down a while ago. The leader who had sided with the Dark Forest, Ratnight, had been defeated, and the Clan was seemingly back to normal again; though the warrior was not faring well. They had lost friends during the battle, ones whom they had counted on to be by their side, no matter what happened. Fennelnose could only hope that they would visit them in their dreams.

Straightening their shoulders, Fen paused in their grooming and glanced towards the entrance. I should probably cease thinking about that depressing topic, they decided. And that was that. No more thoughts about their friends, their loved ones, killed in battle and leaving them alone... Fennelnose gritted their teeth and leapt to their paws, padding in the direction of the entrance to the camp. Maybe they were going for a walk to clear their head, or maybe they were sticking with their original plan to hunt for the Clan. It would definitely be more beneficial in the long run to feed the Clan, but then again, Fennelnose was rather selfish.

Dawnfrost licked Reclaw between the ears, then did the same to Icekit, knowing she was taking this harder than her littermates.

Lightningkit laid against his fur like she would when her father was alive.

Greykit had moved to Iceclaw's face, and tried to fight back tears as he gave it a small lick.

Whitebird walked out of the warriors den and looked around. She then got up and got a bird from the fresh kill pile. She sat down and started eating the bird.

Wavecrash walked out after her. She walked to the prey pile and took a rabbit. She started eating it and looked over at Whitebird, "Hey." She meowed.
