He considered just turning away and ignoring her, but realized that, being a kit, should would just continue to bother him. "Why don't you run home to your parents?" he snapped.

Tigerlily

Tigerlily didn't know that Jaggedfang was meowing about, but she knew where the driest place was. With a quick nod, she sprinted off toward their home.

Mulberry

Mulberry was dozing when Tigerlily burst through the tunnel. "What are you doing, dashing around here?" she chided. "Watch out for the kits." She quickly changed her mind, however, when her daughter explained the situation. "That's terrible!" she exclaimed, carefully untangling herself from the kits and getting up. "Of course I'll help." Together, they quickly shaped a nest where Tundra would rest.

"Ummm- no!" She mewed. Now she would need a pretty good excuse, and unfortunately, she was absolutely terrible at those. "Because I ate them." Yeah, that was so ingeminating. Twinkie was only digging herself into a deeper hole.

Balor snorted, not sure whether to be amused or annoyed. He went with the former. "Yeah, how'd they taste?" he asked, playing along. "Now that you've reminded me, I could actually go for a cat right now." He eyed her hungrily.

Embertail wrapped himself aroundTundra, protecting her, while he waited for Jaggedfang to help him move Tundra.

"Ok Embertail, I need you to get her onto my back as gently as you can." Jaggedfang instructed.

Embertail obeyed, and grunted a little as he lifted Tundra onto Jaggedfang, hoping he didn't hurt her anymore.

Jaggedfang nodded and slowly brought Tundra to their den, where he placed her down in the nest Tigerlily made.

Mulberry gasped when she saw the state of Tundra, but saved her questions. As Jaggedfang slowly lowered her into the nest, she tucked moss up beside her, propping her comfortably. "How did this happen?" she asked. Tigerlily hadn't told her the full story and she hadn't understood some of what Tigerlly was blabbering about.
