"You haven't learned yet?" Ashpool sighed. It was fine, her own apprentice was nearly a warrior. And in truth, she didn't mind teaching Spottedpaw how to hunt, because in all respects, the apprentice wasn't half bad.

Ashpool just sighed again. Lazy idiot, if he wasn't going to train her right, then he shouldn't be a mentor. "Well then, don't let that stop you from becoming a good warrior. Let's go."

The gray warrior followed, briefly wondering why this apprentice was so... so much like her. They surely didn't go through the same tragic, dramatic backstory. She allowed herself to smile ruefully. Like it was a soap opera.

"S...So I suppose you'll know the best places to hunt.." She Called over her shoulder. "Why.... Why don't you take the lead?"

Sun shone through the woven walls of the nursery, lighting everything in a soft golden glow. Warm brown eyes blinked once, twice, three times before staying open, the tiredness slowly leaving them. Jaykit smiled softly to herself, paws outstretched in the air. After a moment of staying in stat position, the blue-grey kit rolled back over and hopped to her paws, stretching out her sore body one last time before she began to walk around.

Looking at the now empty nest, she noticed that her mother wasnt there; she was likely out in the clearing instead. But she didnt find herself to be all that bothered by the discovery, as she knew her mother would return by the end of the day. In the meantime, maybe she could meet a new friend! Yes, that would be great!

Smile brightening, the young kit scanned the nursery for a companion, her gaze quickly settling on a blue and white tom. Perfect! Trotting over to him, she let out a friendly chirp to let him know she was there, more chirps and clicks quickly following after in an undistinguishable flurry of happiness.

Eveningmist smiled to himself as he padded out into the clearing, light blue eyes squinting as he gazed around camp in an attempt to block out the bright sunlight shining down through the trees. He was feeling social, and wanted to check up on a couple of his clanmates, so he began to look for a cat to talk to. Spotting Flyheart, he nodded to himself before trotting over and sitting down next to the other tom. "Good morning, Flyheart. How are you doing thus far?" he asked, cocking his head in a friendly manner
