"Spiritkit, Magpiekit, and Dawnkit..."

Flutterkit snapped her neck around to stare at the three soon-to-be apprentices with rapidly increasing confusion and fear that sunk like a stone in her belly. Wait! But- surely that couldn't be all. But Buckstar wasn't saying anything else... had he really forgotten her? Her shoulders slumped and blue eyes filled with watery dismay, mind suddenly filled with the thought of another moon as a kit. No! I've waited too long! For a moment her head whirled- maybe she wasn't old enough and she'd just forgotten. Again.

But nope. This time, she was sure it was meant to be her turn. She had to say something. Anything. Summoning up her courage, she raised her voice and timidly called up to Buckstar.

"U-um, Buckstar? What about me?"

She tried to finish it off with a little grin- haha, if I'm wrong it was just a joke- but she was pretty sure she was too worked up to really pull it off.

@Slushie lil mention cuz I'm pretty sure her ceremony was due this meeting (Think you had planned to do it last time but I was on hiatus, so we put it off?)

Magpiekit didn't want to be an apprentice. She wanted to stay with her adopted mother. She looked at her and saw how proud she was. It couldn't be that scary could it? The young Molly felt herself quiver as she padded over to sit with the other two kits. She kept her distance, but she couldn't stop shaking.

"My mom's name is Honeystorm." Rosekit said softly. She realized she had never asked the elder's name, and he hadn't asked hers. So maybe it didn't matter? And plus, she didn't want to interupt the story.

The little bundle of white fur was just about to start the journey onto wiggling his way up into Eveningmists arms when he was called to... step forwards.

Curled whiskers twitched. Okay... but which way was forwards? There was only so much your senses could tell you-- direction was hardly one of them. Especially when the Bracken and Bramble of camp wall did so well at insulating against wind and breezes. Dammit.

Letting out a frurstarted huff, the blind tom got to his paws and stepped into what he assumed was the clans Clearing. Little did he know, he was facing the thunderwillow at all. Oops?

Apart of Spiritkit knew he wasn't facing the wrong way- but after getting thrown to the floor by Stagpaw, his senses were still all muddled up.

She nodded as the kit continued- it was already pretty obvious [to Icicle at least] that Rosekit would never purposefully harm her or Sunhowl. But the next part was genuinely a little startling. Oh wow,,, Iciclepaw offered a [hopefully] reassuring smile at the cream colored she-kit. "No- you've done nothing wrong- I know seeing the whole Frostpaw situation must have been scary- It scared me a lot as well,,, Your friend won't get thrown off either." She had the urge to add ' Unless she tries something ' but kept it down for both of the cats sakes.

The other cat's words were comforting. A little, at least. Why did Hopepaw say something so stupid, especially in earshot of the Clan leader! Would her apprenticeship be delayed? Or worse? "Do you think Buckstar is mad at me?" She asked softly. It might be something stupid to worry about, but she didn't want the most powerful (and awesome) cat in the Clan mad at her!

"What's going on mama?", she meowed, shivering as if she were cold. She wasn't she was scared out of her mind. Too many cats were around. She looked up at Buckstar. Oh wow he looked scary. She pressed up against her adopted mother.

"You're going to become an apprentice," Spidercrawl explained gently, smiling at his adoptive daughter. "You'll train along the other apprentices now, and get to explore the forest!"

"No- definitely not,,, you did nothing wrong!" she meowed, smiling a little at Rosekit. Iciclepaw couldn't see a reason her father would be mad at this little gal, considering it was the other apprentice you brought it up in the first place. Hopefully,,,

Rosekit smiled a little back. Iciclepaw was cool, no pun intended. It must be hard for her, the first medicine cat apprentice after Frostpaw. She looked at her paws.
