Many warriors knew a bit about marigold, they had at least heard to apply it to a wound, and from the name, Porcupineberry assumed it was a golden colored flower.

"Oh wow, thank you so much!!" the apprentice meowed in delight. She wasn't going to admit that she didn't know what the other herb was, so instead she gladly took it and placed it in the herb storage. We are still low on marigold,,, but this is better.

The she cat was pleased to see the medicine cat immediately. Quite on time! Very impressive. The she cat toddled in further her neck giving another jerk to the left side. She’d ignore that and hope sun- Sunhowl? Yeah Sunhowl didn’t see it. “What are you working on? Looks pretty intense!” she remarked padding in and taking a seat where instructed.

“It’s not too bad I don’t think!” she announced. “I was just too busy watching a silly moth and walked straight into it. Didn’t help that there was a steep ditch that lead straight to it either. You’d think after being alive for so long I’d have better spacial awareness. Guess not!” she rambled finishing off the rest of her sentence with a shrug.

Sunhowl wasn’t exactly trying to have a conversation as he began pulling thorns out of the she-cat’s fur. There were... so many of them. He was vaguely awarE she was talking and took the time to stop long enough to hear the pathetic story.

That was absolutely the dumbest excuse he’d ever heard. “Next time why not keep your eyes on where you’re walking? This is absolutely the dumbest thing I’ve heard all day.” He growled before going back to work. This time using his claws to expertly comb through her fur. He realized he didn’t actually know her name but at this point he wasn’t sure he wanted to.

Sunkit sighed. To say she really didn't like being small was an understatement. She flopped over onto her other side, dreaming about the things she could do if she was older and bigger, and sighed.
I'm not usually this bored. I want to be bouncing with excitement! But there's nothing to do... she thought to herself.
Sunkit looked up and glanced around. She looked down again and started playing with her mossball, smiling happily. She would throw it into the air- not very high, though- and attempt to catch it. By the end of it Sunkit was smiling happily, and very excitable. She liked having fun!

That wasn’t negativity was it? Gosh. Having another grump of a medicine cat wasn’t going to do anybody help. Especially not if there was emotional healing the medicine cats partook in! She’d just have to fix that. Bunny only smiled allowing the negativity of his scolding to slide off her back like water off a duck.

“Hey mr grumpy pants” she mused titling her head to the side and allowing him to comb through her fur as he needed to. “You are gonna drive all your patients away with that attitude” the growl made her flinch, but she’d ignore it.

He was having a long day! Probably lots of healing going on. Oh the trials and tribulations of being a highrank. Too much stress to put onto a cats shoulders! Especially poor little iciclepaw.

Sunhowl looked up at the shecat and felt a smile, she was absolutely an idiot. He shook his head with the ghost of a smirk on his face. “If I drive my patients to not get themselves hurt I’d say I’m doing great.” He mewed before going back to work.

There seemed to be a lock of fur that wouldn’t let go of the brambles. How annoying. He looked around for something to use but found nothing. Great. He tried untangling the knot with his claws before simply giving up and looking at her. “I’m going to have to chew this off, it’ll get worse if I don’t.” He mewed sorrily. He knew he’d hate this so he felt bad for her.

He practically tried to Bury himself into Eveningmists fluffy fur; like a squrriel hiding a nut! But this time Spiritkit was the nut. He inhaled the sharp scent of pine, his purr a squeaky broken sound, but a loud one none the less!

And that's when his curled ears picked up on the announcement. Spiritpaw pulled back with a loud gasp, blond eyes glancing up at the towering tom. "Wait-- I thought you were a tom this whole time!?" His meows was meant to be a whisper... but oof.

Chewing his lip, the albino boy hid back into Eveningmists chest. "I wasn't born a guy either...I was born a girl but that wasn't fun. It made me feel so... icky." Okay this time his voice was low, a little muffled from the Bengals fur, but its words weighed heavy with emotion.

It was like someone flipped a switch. Almost instantly after his confession like murmur to Evening, Spiritpaw had swirled around and let out a fearsome growl at the clan. Or as fearsome as it could be for a baby of his size and age....

"IF ANY OF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HIS GENDER, I will PERSONALLY steal your eyeballs,"

Prowlingsun's eyes widened in shock at the announcement of Glidingfeather's death, and she dipped her head in respect while murmuring a thanks to the deceased for saving their leader's life.

At Eveningmist's announcement she was surprised, and had no clue what to say. She simply gave the deputy a warm nod, even sparing a smile.
