Coldamber listened to Twilightstar, unaware that the leader hadn't heard about the dream she'd received in her coma, or that this dream's assurances were the only reason she calmed down enough to be spoken to properly. She also didn't think to tell her, too caught up in the other's words and the present moment.
She frowned a bit as she described Stagleech. Had this cat been more to her than a kit she'd helped once?
He had to be, if she had a sense of him and not her own kin.
She wanted to ask about what she knew of her relationship between her and her daughter, to find out why of all the cats she'd forgotten, she was one of them, but Twilightstar brought up a more serious topic. The future and what would happen.
She could only imagine this had to do with one thing.
"Would this happen to have anything to do with my former position? Crowtooth and Gulltwiast had, uh, called me a- had said I was a Medicine Cat? I suppose my condition makes it hard for me to continue that."
She wasn't, currently, at least, terribly broken up over this. She didn't even know what the title implied or what she did, or if she was important for that matter. Anything she knew could be hinted on by the name.
She'd done something with healing, or at least assisting, because both warriors had asked her for guidance in healing her. That and the name "medicine" implied she knew something about healing. So.... perhaps she was aware she'd been important.
The question was, had she been alone in this work? She could only think so if this was needing to be discussed. It was obvious she couldn't go back to that if she didn't have the knowledge anymore.

He was sorry,he had to say it. Knock,Knock. He tapped his paw on the den wall,padding in and sat to the side. He was tired,Softpaw was funny but he was a pawful. Just passing through before I head out today to take watch,I wanna say sorry for making you re-open your scar the other day. He was sorry that it happened so he'd said sorry but he waited for her answer to his little words.

Coldamber relaxed just the slightest, knowing she hadn't caused offense.
She wondered briefly if she had known Skyleaf before, but given that she didn't seem upset by being forgotten suggested they either hadn't spoken before this or at least weren't close.
She's not sure if this would be a good thing in this moment.
She shrugged at the question, only just paying attention to every rib that could be counted as she looked down at herself. She didn't like looking at herself.
It was too alien to her- all these scars she didn't remember recieving, her too short tail and the nub where her foot used to be. It didn't feel like it belonged to her, no matter how instinctual moving around with it was.
"I suppose I haven't."
There was a foul taste in her mouth at the admittance.
"I hadn't been able to while I was- when I'd been in my coma and I woke up.... recently."
She wasn't willing to admit her poor shape was her own fault, even if slightly.
"How have things been since my absence? Have I missed anything important?"
She heard something about a Gathering, but she didn't care about that. She was more intrested in her Clan, if she could claim she was part of it, and the cats here.

Strikecry lay in the nest, totally and blissfully asleep, his folded ears relaxed, his tail still--aside from the occasional flick that signaled he was dreaming--and his breathing gentle. He was in that kind of perfect sleep--the one where you have the best dream, and wake up and!! you have tons of energy and are ready to ROCK.

Unless, ofc, some idiot has the nerve to wake you up.

"Sdfghjks!" he snorted as he shook the smaller cat off. Strikecry glared at Mushroomdream. He'd seen the warrior around, and, granted, he was hot, but, well, THAT WASN'T THE POINT.
