Shadepaw then jumped off the she cat and circled her giving her a very brief chance to catch herself before leaping back onto her, even though the young apprentice was being lenient with Tigerpaw it was only because he had a great strategy that would guarantee him a victory.

Goldenclaw groaned, ears swivling and listening to others, though mostly tuning them out. He was bored: He didn't want to deal with the apprentice that was forced onto him, nor deal with the wimps. Maybe he could get some training in and boasts about it? That sounded like a great idea.

buzzardkit grinned proudly. frostpaw was right, she was close to catching it. she hurried to follow after the older tom once he started padding away, following closely behind him and looking at the bushes. (she wasn't sure what they were looking for, to be honest, until the apprentice asked a question.)

her jaw dropped at the sight of the caterpillar, eyes lighting up. woah! she'd only seen one of those like...once! in the nursery, if she remembered correctly. she nodded rapidly, practically jumping up and down just to look at the little bug from all angles. "yeah! its perfect!" she exclaimed, raising her paw to quickly swipe the caterpillar off of the leaf.

woo! this bug didnt escape this time! the kit plopped the caterpillar onto the ground in front of her, crouching down and staring at it intently. "look at it close up! it has cool stripes." she commented, waving a paw and gesturing frostpaw to look at the caterpillars black and white stripes that rested against its yellow body.

Darkkit padded through the clearing, wanting to explore. His black pelt was shining in the light. He was hoping to be come an apprentice soon as he was almost six moons! Just then he saw a leaf blowing in the wind and he pounced on it.

Shadepaw jumped back from the attack then leaped towards the she cat again. This would probably be the easiest battle he was ever in.

Darktiger sat sunning her pelt today which was unusual for the molly but she wanted to know how fleetwhisker was and was gonna wait for him out here in the clearing even if she had to sleep in her spot tonight. @~dust~
