It was a little more enclosed than he was accustomed to with its undergrowth and oppressive trees, but he could get used to this: the nature itself was impressive, extensive foliage covering nearly everything. The cats were pleasant as well, and Shiverpetal gave out little greetings like candy toward everyone that looked in his direction. Tail swishing behind him in slow sweeps, he settled into a sunny spot in preparation for a deserved nap.

Tallmarsh was making her way over to the fresh-kill pile when she spotted an unfamiliar cat resting in the sun. From here, she could smell the familiar scent of herbs on his pelt, along with--ugh, fish. This must be Shiverpetal, the new RiverClan medicine cat. She hadn't had a chance to talk to him, but she'd heard some interesting things about the tom. The ThunderClan medicine cat padded over to him slowly. "Having a nice nap?" she asked when she reached him. Her tone made her sound annoyed--like she was tired already of being outside. And she was. She'd rather have this conversation in the comfort of her den, but this tom looked comfortable here. Whatever.

Amazing catch, dear," she complimented cheerfully, leaning down to take a bite of the prey. "I'm feeling really good. Nervous, but excited."

Talonfeather let out a long purr, his deep voice resonating in his chest as he conversed with his beautiful love, “I’ve been nervous as well,” He admitted quietly, I’m sure you will be an amazing mother though.” He mewed quietly his whiskers twitching in anticipation for his kits. He had wanted kits since he was very young, but had thankfully been wise enough to wait for the right mate. He knew of no other molly that could be such a perfect match for him.

Re: ThunderClan Apprentices' Den
Duskpaw walked into the den, hoping he would be accepted by his other Clanmates. Hoping that his kittypet heritage wouldn't threaten his standing in the Clan.

Shiverpetal basked in the sun rays hitting his pelt, twisting himself to get the most warmth heating his pelt when the trees filtered most light. It was a pleasant experience that didn't lose its charm when someone interrupted it, bringing him to peek an eye open to the sight of a charcoal black she-cat. "There's no such thing as a bad nap," he replied with a twitch of his whiskers, rolling to properly face her. He was unfazed by the irritated tone, truly enjoying this rest stop. "Your aura speaks strongly to me," he said through his typical drawl, "and suggests you might need more naps in your life. Or is it... more exercise? Or the serenade of crickets? Well, I suppose all are good for the soul." Sizing her up for several seconds, Shiverpetal emitted a low hum of contemplation and nodded slowly as if performing complex mental calculations. The intermingling of natural gray-white in her fur had caught his attention, but he momentarily shelved that in favor of extending an introduction, "I am probably Shiverpetal, but I imagine it's just one of my many names- you are free to cherrypick what you'd like to use, for your perception of me is yours alone and not within my control."

Lately she had taken to retreating back to her den to eat, but it was such a nice day today that she felt maybe she could sit outside for once. She saw the looks her Clanmates threw at her. Even the ones that had encouraged her to do that horrible act. She felt the uneasiness as they reluctantly entered her den to be healed, and she saw how eager they were to leave. No one wanted to be seen talking with the murderer. That's what she was to them, nothing more than a dirty traitor now. Everything before then didn't matter anymore; she was a traitor and a murderer. So, the medicine cat slunk to the very edge of the clearing. She sat with her back to a tree, partially hidden in the shade. Maybe no one would notice her here. She turned her eyes to the clearing as she took a bite of the mouse she had chosen. One of her favorite past times had always been watching the Clan go about its business. She felt her stomach drop as she spotted a painfully familiar ginger coat. The large tom was chatting with a couple members of the Clan. Her eyes--well, eye--went wide when he began to turn towards her. The medicine cat dropped her head in a desperate attempt to hide from his site. Please don't see me, please don't see me! She had been avoiding him ever since the battle, and she didn't know what she would do if she had to talk to him again. She felt herself begin to tremble as she looked up slowly to see if he had turned away. He hadn't. Just as she found him again, she made eye contact with him from across the clearing. Tallmarsh was frozen. She had just made eye contact with her former friend, the tom she had killed only moons ago. She held his gaze, unable to move. She was trembling uncontrollably as they held each other's gaze for what seemed like forever, until she couldn't take it anymore. She dropped her head again, finding her mouse very interesting. She couldn't get back to her den--if she wanted to do that, she would have to pass him. Seeing Passionstar brought back up all of the horrible memories from that night. She didn't even know how to describe the horrible guilt she felt for what she had done. How could she commit such an atrocity, and then beg for mercy? She was a coward, and she knew it. There was nothing she could say to make this better. It was up to Passionstar whether he decided to forgive her. She knew that if this situation were reversed and she was the leader who had been murdered by her medicine cat, that cat would be gone from the Clan in an instant. But Passionstar had let her stay. A much worse punishment, to her.

Passionstar wasn’t going to pass up a chance to talk to Tallmarsh. Oh how he had so much to say to her but didn’t even know what to start with or how to start it. He was more so excited about the fact that she seemed to tense up under his gaze. So, she still thought about that day? Good. The pain he was in when she betrayed him. Obviously, the tom couldn’t hold hate in his heart no matter what had happened; bygones should be bygones. He wasn’t a bitter tom. While he should had been because one of his lives were taken from him, he wasn’t, but oddly something was prickling under his fur. Maybe it was pride? The fact that a sharp slick tongue cat with something sarcastic always to say...had nothing to say at all? After fluffing out his pelt, Passionstar casually made his way over towards the medicine cat, hiding a smirk on his face. He didn’t bother to ask if the spot next to her was open because he knew it was. Since after the war, those who were ‘possessed’ weren’t really treated kindly. Passionstar already punished all the cats that turned on them, so they had to earn their way back into being treated civilized. “I see you’ve finally escaped your little den. What’s been keeping you in there for so long?” He played coy, a tilt of his head. It was obvious he knew why she retreated to her little spot, but he’d still tease her about it. “You thought I’d forget about our rematch?”

Re: ThunderClan Clearing
There were a lot of things that Acornstep disliked. Her Clan, however, was not among them. ThunderClan had been her home for as long as she could remember, even from before she could remember, and she had a fierce loyalty to something that had been in her life for so long. There were cats here that bothered her, sure, but they were a part of ThunderClan just as much as she was. It took all kinds to build a home, she supposed, even if she would've been better off without some of them. Acornstep slipped into the clearing, making her way through the other cats as she did every morning, trying to avoid getting entrapped in a conversation. It would wind up being boring, she already knew, and if there was one thing she hated... it was being bored. Warrior tasks could get mundane sometimes, she guessed, but there was usually something to spice up her everyday life. She refused to become one of those cats who did nothing but sit around the clearing all day.
Even today, although she was tired, she would go out later. It was hot right now, the perfect time of day to find a shady spot and wait. Everyone else could go about their daily business; Acornstep was going to keep a low profile until she could slip out. "Friends" weren't something that Acornstep cared about too much. She was polite to her clanmates (for as long as she could be, that was) and respected her leader and elders, but she didn't seek anyone out everyday to catch up with them. It seemed silly, and a waste of time, really.
Of course, no one had ever taken the time to seek Acornstep out, either.

Re: ThunderClan Clearing
Robinfur was bored.
Beyond bored.
The light brown feline had hunted today. And patrolled the borders. She didn’t like kits, generally didn’t like other cats, and mainly kept to herself. Her small pool of friendly acquaintances were busy. So that left a bored Robinfur to just sit and stare at the camp, grooming her soft fur for the millionth time.

Palethroat wasn't much for talking to other cats. Really, he was more of a "keeping to himself" kind of tom. While he knew he had to talk to others to communicate every now and then to see what his duties were or what was going on within ThunderClan, most of the time he wandered around on his own, looking for something to do. He knew his duties, after all: hunt for the clan and stay loyal to it. There wasn't much more to do beyond that that he could think of.
Walking around the clearing, he spotted Robinfur sitting across the clearing all on her own. While she didn't look lonely, Palethroat thought that a nice visit might make her day even better. He wasn't try to brag or anything like that, though. He just cared for the others and didn't like seeing them alone, even if he didn't like socializing all that much. Sauntering over to her, he stopped in his tracks only a tail length away from her, and sat down, curling his tail neatly around his well-built body.
"Hello, Robinfur," he greeted the she-cat with a joyful manner. "What have you been up to?"

Hmmph. The feline’s pale green eyes flirted lazily across the Clearing again and again. Some cats chatting, some cat eating, some kits bounding around, yadda yadda. Same old, same old. The fact of the matter was that she was almost tired of the same routine. Wake up, hunt, day, patrol, socialize, eat, sleep. It was all a waste of time. Just to defend some piece of land! Weren’t there plenty of other pieces of land out there?!
Some cat had to step in the middle of her existential crisis. And that cat happened to be Palethroat. She didn’t really know much about him aside from the fact that he was simply another one of her Clanmates. And thankfully he didn’t seem to egotistical. In fact, she took it as a kind gesture that he had come over and sit with a feline he barely knew and started a conversation. Huh.
"Hey, Palethroat," she greeted informally. "Ah, nothing but the usual. Sleep, hunt, patrol, all that." Robinfur examined her claws for a short moment before continuing. "How about you?"

Rockclaw had a shocked impression, "Kits?" he asked his mate tilting his head, it was his one chance to be close to his kits, as his two others has grown up, Graysun and Linnetpaw, the two and now more of them! this was a great surprise for him. (Sorry for the late post)
