Brighttalon kept walking deeper into the tunnels. He was definitely lost now, and didn't know if he'd make his way out. And if he did, it would be a miracle. He'd gotten turned around multiple times. But then his mind focused on something else: the scent of a vole. He looked and listened for it, catching a small sound down another tunnel. His ears pricked that way, and he found the vole more by sound than anything else and swiftly killed it.

Ebonypaw's ears perked up as he heard the quiet moving of the tiny paws of prey. He began to creep toward a vole he had spotted, trying to stay as quiet as possible. And finally, he pounced.

Flamedrop limped a little because of the nip on her ankle. she looked down and checked it, and resolved that it wasn't too bad. she picked up the rat and brought it back to her slowly growing pile. then, she turned around to go in a new direction, and sniffed the air for more prey.

With all this prey, Petuniapaw had decided to make a small pile that she could come back to get once this was over. She had never expected this. Maybe the Star Spirits where happy that she came back so they were letting her be useful? That made sense. Moving on Petuniapaw saw yet another vole. Maybe it was buddies with the last one? She really didn't know but the molly would drop into a crouch and move forward bit by bit until she could pounce the rodent and add it to her pile. RiverClan wouldn't be hungry tonight! She was sure she wasn't doing the best so Petuniapaw knew for a fact RiverClan would have good prey tonight, and maybe even into the next sunrise!

♠ Kestrelwing ♠ Tasting the air, Kestrelwing caught a rather unfamiliar scent. It wasn't fishy, like the prey he was used to, but more foresty... Perhaps a rather larger piece of prey? Swiping his tongue over his lips, the tom dropped into a hunting crouch and slid forward, nose twitching as he followed the scent. He rounded a rather dark corner, but halted as he came face to face with angry hissing. Barely having anytime to react, the raccoon swiped it's paw across his nose before shoving past him and out of the tunnel entrance. "Fox-dung!" The tom cursed, curling his lip and bringing a paw to his nose. It stung badly, and the tom's ears and tail dropped a bit - so much for his shrew luck.

Copperpaw screamed as the raccoon snarled at him, then ran away as fast as he could. Oh. The cat licked his chest in embarrassment, lowering his head. Ah, not the best way to start this thing.
