Cinderstar
Looking up from where she had just finished grooming parts of her fur, she dipped her head to Snowcloud. She still had not thought of a proper punishment yet for taking Snowkit outside the nursery and would need to speak with her and Robinflight about that soon, once Robinflight was healed.
"May I ask why?" she questioned, her words genuine in wanting to know. It was not often a name change was requested, so Cinderstar was curious as to what the reasoning was.

A disappointed look settled over her expression. At least whoever it was didn't spot the apprentice. "Bluepaw, you should know better than to go hunt on your own, even if a warrior tells you to do so. The next time Pineleap or any warrior tells you to leave camp on your own I want you to tell me, okay?" What in the name of StarClan was wrong with ThunderClan's warriors? Sending out apprentices alone... She would have to speak with Pineleap at some point.

Thrushfur stood alert, hearing his name as he looked around for the cats he was patrolling with. He was half-awake and his paws felt sore. His fur fluffed up and unkept. He grunted, calling for the warrior and apprentice as he felt that they were no where to be found. Perhaps they were in the crowd, and his eyesight could be weakening. He shook his head, then lightly calling out for them.
"Starlingsong, Gentlepaw! Are you ready to head out? "

SnowCloud looks at cinderstar "the name doesnt suit me... I know my parents wanted me to have it so I can match my sister but I dont want to be on her path anymore, I never wanted to." she said as her paws shifted a bit
Quailfur woke from her deep slumber, she yawned as she tumbled onto her side showing her swollen belly. Flicking an ear as she groomed parts of her fur, a morning wash was always the best way to feel refreshed after waking up! She heaved to her paws and did a big stretch. She wondered what Thrushfur was currently doing. She then wobbled out of the nursery to get some fresh air, sitting just outside of the nursery.
She glanced from afar and saw the cats at the patrol place, spotting a shabby tan tom from where she sat. She laughed quietly, his fur was a mess. It looked like it went through the hardships of sticks and brambles. She shook her head as she daydreamed silently. Going back to a warrior and hunting, being able to stretch out her legs. But she doesn't feel that bad, the kits in her stomach were hers. And she would take care of them all with her heart. If only Thrushfur wasn't such a funny cat in the open. She still couldn't get that out of her mind, she's got to ask him how he got his fur that way.
Robinflight saw the poppy seeds in front of him, he then heard sundust of the warning, he began to brace himself as he looked at his paws, laying felt weird in the med den, he thought in his mind, as he felt sundust put the stick on his leg he lowered his ears" ouch" he says feeling the pain, as he was in pain he heard sundust to tell him to eat the poppyseed, he bent his head and ate the poppyseed, he didn't like the taste but did it anyway, he began to think of his mate and snowkit and violetkit, and probably thunderblaze, his tail shaked with every pain stirring in his leg and wounds

The medicine cat leaned forward and sniffed the splint they had made, making sure the leg had set correctly, and was relieved to see that they had done a relatively good job. "You did good, Robinflight. You should stay off of your paws for a quarter moon. After that, you can start doing some light warrior duties. You may have some discomfort or a limp; feel free to come see us if something is bothering you." It was kind of scary that he had a canned spiel for broken legs. Did they really occur in ThunderClan that frequently? Yikes. He may have to speak to Cinderstar about preventing fractures in their warriors and apprentices.
Sundust flicked his ear in a quick greeting as someone padded into the den. "Hello Songblossom." To his relief, it seemed she did not have any injuries. In fact, she seemed to want to be of assistance. Marvelous! "Oh, some herbs would be fantastic. You should be able to find marigold and cobwebs at the Sunkissed Creek. I'm sure you know what cobwebs look like, but marigold is a yellow flower that usually grows in clusters." As he spoke, he pulled out the flower in question from the herb storage so that Songblossome could see what he was talking about. "If you could bring me a few of those two herbs, that would be incredibly helpful."
[whenever you're ready, you can make a post with your character gathering herbs at the Sunkissed Creek. Once you've done that, you can post the amount of herbs gathered in the Herb Storage by following the form provided. feel free to vm me if you have questions - happy herb gathering!]

Snowkit hurtled into the leaders den, skidding to a stop before she could run into anyone, but in her haste she tripped over her bad leg and went sprawling on the floor. “Cinderstar! Cinderstar!” She said, frantically, Quickly getting to her paws and shaking the dirt off her fur. She had already fallen several times on her way to the leaders den, and her fur was tangled and pretty dusty from the falls. “Cinderstar! It’s- It’s Violetkit!” She repeated. Tears filled her eyes and dampened her fur, eyes wide with grief and guilt. “She-she left! I tried to stop her, I really did, but she left-!” Her voice cracked and she broke off, trying to stifle a sob. “She-She’s gone!”

The silver spotted she-cat could understand that. Distancing oneself from siblings. With a soft nod, Cinderstar agreed. "Alright. Do you have a name you would like to take on in place of it?" she asked.

Cinderstar
Alarm raised the fur along the back of her neck as the shrill voice of a kit registered in her ears. Spinning around Cinderstar spotted Snowkit, and it wasn't too hard to distinguish the agony and concern. "Shhh - it's alright, Snowkit. Breathe," she instructed, though knew she would have to leave soon to get a trace of the kit.
"Here is what I want you to do. Go back to the nursery, and wait there, okay? I am going to go look for her." With a gentle paw she ushered the young kit back out into the clearing, her eyes scanning the camp. "Jaggedfrost!" Her call for the warrior rang out over camp; two paws working to locate the kit would be better than one. Taking one more look at Snowkit, Cinderstar gave a soft smile and aimed a comforting lick between fluffy ears. "You were very brave to try and stop her, but now I need you to be brave for me in the nursery, alright? Go on now."
Hopefully the young kit would listen as Cinderstar began to dash out of camp and Jaggedfrost would understand by the tone of her call to follow her out.
[ I'll go ahead and have Cinder post in the private thread where Violetkit left to continue the search; I had her call Jaggedfrost so that he could help her search. I figure they could do a couple search posts before not finding anything if that's alright with you? ]

SnowCloud nods “may I be renamed to Snowbush” she asked
Snowkit was overwhelmed to say the least. Her sister, one of her only friends was gone. That’s it, gone, left, leaving her behind. She could have stopped it. If she had been more persuasive, or maybe called Cinderstar before hand, Violetkit would still be here. She swallowed hard as Cinderstar tried to comfort her, trying to quell the build up of emotions she was experiencing until she could get back to the nursery. The nursery- wait, she couldn't go to the nursery! Her head shot up as she looked back at Cinderstar. “No-no, I can’t! I need to help find her!” She protested. “Please, she’s my sister, I have to help!” She pleaded.
Jaggedfrost
Jaggedfrost didn’t hear the initial call, he could only hear the ringing remnants as they echoed across camp. He’s been out hunting for prey, but he hadn’t had any luck. He was aiming to ask one of the other warriors to come back out to help him snag some more food for the freshkill pile, but quickly diverted his path towards the leaders den. The scene that greeted him there was . . . Unexpected to say the least. He took a look at the distraught Kit, putting the pieces together as he heard her last words. “A kit has gone missing?” He inquired, cocking his ears forward. “Was it taken by a predator, or just got lost?” He asked Cinderstar, attempting to gather a bit more information on the situation.

Cinderstar
The name worked, and was different than her last and not currently in use in the Clan as far as she knew. There must be some reasoning behind it, but Cinderstar would allow her to keep it to herself if she wished. "Alright. At the next Clan meeting, I will make sure it is changed." She gave a soft smile towards the queen. "Is there anything else?"

Cinderstar "You will help me by staying in the nursery," she called as she slowed her paw steps, looking from Jaggedfrost to Snowkit. She did not wish to be stern with her, but her gaze flickered once to the nursery and then back. "...If you do not wish to be in the nursery, you can wait in my den or here in the clearing - but I need you to stay put."
Nodding to the entrance, she made quick work of exiting camp and signaling for Jaggedfrost to follow. "I am not sure - Snowkit says she just left. We have to find her." And with that she exited camp.
