' he tilted his head and turned to bumblestar, listening, and then spun back around to drizzlecloud. ' okay. okay. so. ' he tried to speak slowly, and enunciate. (warbler thinks that's the word. not super clear on it.)
' ashenheart said something about lynx scent around herondive hollow. fallingpaw's demoted to fallenkit, cause he and copperpaw were out of camp without an escort. copperpaw finished his punishment, though. ' warblerpaw paused, ear pricking in surprise at lavendersong's news. ' lavendersong's demoted to lavenderpaw. she was in a relationship with a.. ' he shuddered performatively. ' thunderclan cat. ' warblerpaw paused again, letting drizzle absorb the information, then continued.
' she's lavenderpaw until her kits are born, and no one's allowed to help her get to gatherings or smallpines or patrols or anything. i assume that you're an exception, though, cause you have to help her have her kits. springlight too. then.. uh.. reassignments.. boring, boring. oh! sprucepaw and daylightpaw are becoming warriors!! ' warblerpaw paused to listen. ' this is so cool, i can't wait to see sprucepaw as a warrior. he's gonna be so cool. '

It really was just that simple, and Bumblestar was grateful there wasn't a fight. Not that she'd expected one from either of them, in all honesty.
"Then I stand before you now to give you your warrior names. Sprucepaw, from this moment on, you're now Sprucejumper. ThunderClan honors 'n values your tenacity 'n your intelligence, 'n we welcome you as a full member.
"Daylightpaw, from this moment on, you're now Daylightwing. ThunderClan honors 'n values your positivity 'n your seemingly boundless energy, 'n we welcome you as a full member."
Bumblestar leaned in to press her nose to both of their heads, before stepping back to lead the chant. "Sprucejumper! Daylightwing!"
And with that finished, she would leave the floor open for Spiderthroat.
