Hazelsong was struggeling to keep her mouth shut, Soddenfur was right infront of her, the cat that she loved so much. Hazelsong unsheated her claws and burried them into the ground, it was so hard to not say what she really wanted to say. "Who are you looking for?" Hazelsong asked. You could notice how nervous she was just from looking at her.

Sodden waited a moment to reply, studying Hazelsong. She hasn't changed at all... The loner presumed she was feeling mixed emotions about his sudden reappearance, although the tom likely hadn't predicted what the clan cat was really thinking. "It's a bit hard to say, so I'm just gonna be straightforward with you," Sodden mewed. "I can't find my kits. I don't know if they're alive, but all I need is some sort of reassurance to know where they are. I'm all out of options, so I came back to RiverClan for one last visit."

The words 'one last visit' made Hazelsong feel sad. She realized that the new apprentice in the clan could be one of his kits, he had been found all alone. "We found one kit that was all alone, he said his mother was dead and his father was missing, he's an apprentice now..... Does that sound like one of your kits?" Hazelsong asked, she knew she couldn't keep it in much longer. Hazelsong did realize that if the kit was from Sodden then his mate was dead, she realized it wasn't the right moment but if she wouldn't say it now then she would never know. "Soddenfur, i...." Hazelsong felt severe anxiety. It's now or never Hazelsong. ".....I'm sick of hiding it." Hazelsong didn't know or it was smart to continue ".... I can't take it anymore...." Hazelsong mewed quietly as she looked at her paws. She took a deep breath and then looked back up to Sodden ".... I don't want to make it harder for you, and i get it if you hate me after this but....." Hazelsong knew there was no way back now. "......I love you...." Hazelsong's ears flattened, she looked at her paws afraid for his reaction.

( Btw I'm just gonna go ahead and warn you. Trout will most likely be furious if Sodden takes her as a mate, for he is very loyal to his mother. )
Trout shrugged and took a bite of prey. "Thank you Cherry. The last place I saw Andi was in the woods." He meowed.

Pineneedle picked her way through the grass,looking for her apprentice.Worry,and some panic
filled her dark green hues,as she searched in the reeds,and then in some ferns,pushing on.Aspenpaw
wasnt in her nest when she went to get her apprentice for training,which really panicked the poor
molly.She continued to search,trying to calm herself down.Fresh air was a good thing,and the
simple sucking of the waves of the river on the shore,called her dearly.Worried hues glistened on
her optics.Then,a scent hit her,Hazelsong....and...a..loner scent?Her nose wrinkled slightly,what...
it seems familar....Soddenfur..?Her former clanmate was nearby!The molly's head was filled with
questions.First,the molly HAD to look around for one last time for Aspenpaw.So,glancing around
for a bit,she did.She was no where to be found."Aspenpaw!"The warrior yowled her name as she
continued searching,forgetting the scent she had just caught.

Sodden didn't bother correcting Hazelsong for still referring to him as his old name. He knew she had no way of knowing he had changed it, but still liked the sound of his warrior name. The tom was starting to enjoy the chat, until she mentioned the apprentice. Maybe Mudstripe got our kits back to the clans after all... He had a grave expression, listening closely to Hazelsong's description. "Did he come with any other cats?" he asked, growing more stern. Although his old friend didn't answer his question, he waited for her to say what she wanted to. After Hazelsong's admission, his jaw dropped. This was the last thing the loner expected to hear from her. "I..." he meowed, trying to think of something to respond with. "I never thought of things that way... You're one of the most important cats in my life, yet I was too blind to see." Sodden took another pause. How is this going to end? "I... I love you too," he finished, finally sure what he was thinking. His ears pricked at the sound of Pineneedle's call, unsure whether he should flee. This time if I'm caught by someone else... I don't know. The tom soon came to the realization that this voice... and this scent was far too familiar to be a coincidence. Thinking for a moment, he came to the conclusion that the only possibility was his old clanmate, Pineneedle.

She knew Pineneedle wasn't a danger for them but with all the things that were happening Hazelsong thought it was a better idea to get out of clan territory. "I will help you to search them, we can talk about Aspenpaw later. We need to get away from here before a patrol comes." Hazelsong mewed, she hadn't thought about going away from her clan but she loved Sodden and she would do it for him. "It's better that we go to loner territory." Hazelsong mewed. She spotted a bush of lavender, Hazelsong ran towards it. She rolled into the lavender, it made her own scent go away for a while. "If you do the same then we can get out of here without anybody following." Hazelsong mewed. "Are you.... alright with that?" Hazelsong asked, she padded a bit closer to him, her heart beating faster. Her blue eyes looking into his.

Hazelsong saw his dull eyes, he maybe loved her but he still felt something for Mudstripe to. Hazelsong accepted it, she padded towards him. Hazelsong burried her muzzle in his cheeck "It's okay Sodden.... I understand." Hazelsong mewed, she pulled away again. "You lead the way, you know loner territory better then i do." Hazelsong simply said. Is he ever going to accepted it?....... maybe...... i don't think so.

Sodden appreciated Hazelsong's understanding reply and returned a hopeful smile. "This way," he plainly instructed, dashing further out of Pineneedle's radar. I still need answers...! The tom leaped over a rock and dodged a pine tree, beginning to feel more determined that his travels were soon wrapping up. Still running, he said, "My name is Sodden now, by the way." He paused in words and movement for a moment and added, "Too many memories." Sodden then continued, checking if Hazelsong was even there to listen to him.
