" The prey is in that corner. "
* She mewed softly pointing to the back right of the den. Sparrow was bounding around inside the den and stopped when the new kit entered the den. *

Babs flinched at the sound of another kit,
oh yeah.
They looked at the kit,
seeming to be analyzing the danger level.
hm.
it was fine.
sure.
They took a few steps to the corner,
sniffing the prey,
before picking up
a small mouse it seemed.
he sat in the corner quietly,
eating the food that was offered.

" Are you hurt at all? "
* She mewed softly. Her face was one of genuine concern and kindness. Sparrow crawled over to the new kit and gently nudged it. *

Babs shook their head at the nice cat.
Was she nice?
they didn't even know her.
They looked over at the other kit,
reluctantly passing the mouse to em.
They could at least be nice to him.
The kit was definitely less.. intimidating.

They yawned, feeling a bit more at ease.
just a bit, though..

* Tara nodded and watched as Sparrow tried his first ever piece of prey. Sparrow bit into the mouse and started chewing it. He quickly spat it out. He cried out in disgust and crawled to Tara complaining. *
" It bad Mama! Milk better. "
* Tara laughed and pulled Sparrow over closer to her belly so he could nurse. *
