Splashleap spotted a shrew, and quickly killed it.

Twigpaw could smell another cats scent, and since they seemed to have scared off all of the prey, he returned to a more main tunnel to find another spot.

Upon entering the tunnels, Gingerfrost thought to have scented something - he was a bit unsure whether or not to follow it, as it smelled just slightly off but did it anyway. The scent led him to what appeared would become a dead end, and by now the scent had gotten stale anough for him to tell there would be nothing there. So, he turned back in search of anything else.

➳ Kestrelwing Feeling a bit better about his change of luck, the tom sauntered back into the tunnels, keeping his senses alert for other signs of prey. Catching his attention was squeaking at the end of a rather dimly lit tunnel. More shrews! The tom smirked as he turned and pounced, easily catching them and returning them to his pile.

He spotted a vole. Carefully he pounced but as it struggled he fell into the wall of a tree. The vole escaped with another day of life. "Stupid vole!" Littlemist spat, getting back up.

Entering a new tunnel, Berryscorch hoped to find some larger prey around. She briefly caught scent of a... raccoon? Perhaps if it was on the smaller side, she'd be able to catch it. But as she attempted to follow the trail, the smell gradually faded. That was disappointing. Maybe the other section of the tunnels had been a more ideal spot for the prey.

Bouncing along down another tunnel, Baypaw spotted a water vole sniffing around out in the open. As fast as they could, they put down their other prey and pounced forward. The vole wasn't far away, so it was a fairly easy catch. Wow! They were on a roll! (pun intended) Collecting their other prey, they strolled off in search of more.
