She had been watching this cat in the clearing for a bit. Her yellowish- green orbs watching his every move. It was a habit of hers to "stalk" other felines. Leopard didn't like to use the word "stalk" per say because stalking was used for prey, and this tom was not her prey. She just liked to observe other cats. She learned from them. If he or she made a mistake, then Leopard would reflect upon her sightings if she ever encountered a similar situation. The leopard pelted fighter densed her muscles up as she stepped one small paw out from under the bush. She then followed up with her other small paw.
Once the female was out of the undergrowth, she circled around a large oak tree. Leopard poked her head out from the other side of the tree as her medium- large eyes watched the male intently. He was nothing special. This cat was just a normal, everyday male. The she-cat didn't really care for toms. She saw them as all the same. They wanted heirs. They all wanted heirs to carry on their legacy that they had failed to leave before they died. She smirked at these thoughts as she flicked her tail tip and continued to slither behind the tree trunk.
Leopard wiggled her nose as to see if she could pick up a scent. she caught to many scents at once form the other rats, that were really cats in the clearing. She really wasn't a mean cat, but she tended to "insult", well more like give nicknames to the other felines in her group. The female let out a low growl, barely heard with a normal cat's ears. "Not good," she muttered, "Not good," she whispered again. She tended to repeat words or phrases that caught her attention. She licked her lips as she showed her sharp fangs.
Leopard refocused her hues on the tom as she sat down now next to the tree. She tilted her head at him wondering if he would care to meet her. Most cats didn't want to talk to her due to her weird and strange behavior. However, the other cats seemed to accept psychopaths, but not her. She learned to block out the feelings she used to feel of being rejected. She had observed and learned. She had learned to not feel what she didn't want to.

Sparta parted his jaws to give a big yawn. He looked around, boredom in his eyes. Nothing ever seemed to interest him. The Dusk Syndicate was just boring. Not much had happened that sparked any excitement in him. The only fun thing he did was train with his trainer Calixto. Sparta had no feelings towards pretty much every cat in the Syndicate and very few had managed to earn his respect. Calixto was one of those lucky cats who had.
Sparta lay on the dusty floor, his back legs stretched out whilst he lay on his side, his chin resting on his paws. His pale yellow eyes trailed to the Commander's Den, an image of Halite popping into his mind. Getting a new commander and co-commander was one of the few things that were interesting. In his opinion, Halite appeared weak. Of course, Sparta had never exchanged a single word with the commander, but Sparta was one to judge by using whatever he could. The tom often spotted Boreas looking around the clearing with a defiant glare. Sparta viewed Boreas as a strong cat, she didn't look like one to let others boss her around, neither did Halite, but Boreas just had this aura around her.
Of course though, Sparta found himself as the only perfect cat in the Syndicate. Everyone else seemed to have a flaw that didn't make them completely Syndicate like. Sparta obviously had many flaws too, but he didn't see it that way. If you told him he was wrong, he would claw your ears off for sure, despite being quite a peaceful cat.
Growing up without knowing who his real father was, Sparta had become cold and untrusting. Being a longer within the Syndicate, he stood for himself, no one else. For his littermates and mother, he made an exception. He would never admit it and always made sure to not let it show, but he watched out for his family. They were the only thing he had left. He may not have any particular feelings towards them. No. He didn't love them. But he just always felt this strange feeling where he felt like it was his duty to protect them. Sparta had no one he looked up to. He had once or twice found himself dreaming about finding his father, little did he know that his father was dead. The most of an idol he had was Calixto. Calixto was one of the few cats he didn't find idiotic.
Sparta raised his head and lifted one of his paws, grooming the grit out of it. Sparta stopped suddenly, and slowly placed his paw down. Someone was watching him. He could sense it. His pale yellow gaze turned into a glare, a scary one in fact and he turned his head around slowly to face the direction he predicted the stare was coming from. No emotion filled his eyes, being a pyschopath, he didn't normally show any emotions unless he was mimicking them. He spotted a she-cat standing behind a tree and watching him strangely. Sparta rolled his eyes and turned his head back.

Re: Dusk Syndicate Clearing
Vortex lay in the clearing, her tail wrapped around her almost like a blanket. She seemed distant and uninterested to what matters surrounded her...what cats were around her. Vortex very rarely paid much attention to the other cats in the Dusk Syndicate. She knew better then to try and get involved with any of them. They were bad cats, at least most of them were, but Vortex didn't mind- she wasn't what anyone would call a role model cat. Especially for a decent cat. Perhaps there was more to her then there appeared, but it didn't seem that way to anyone looking at her now. She was sitting. Observing, although she wouldn't remember these cats' names in a day. She didn't know most of them now. The tension was usually high between members but now it was surprisingly low. Scarily low, almost. The she cat yawned and stretched out, uncurling her tail gracefully. For a moment she looked almost innocent with her eerie, searching hues closed and in a more vulnerable position. True, lying down was hardly a harmful position, but for some reason Vortex could manage to look threatening even while doing that. Perhaps it was the fact that her hues would glare out at the cats over the top of her tail. Perhaps it was the fact that she was not a pleasant cat and those who tried to make conversation with her generally found that out. There were very few that Vortex liked...or tolerated might be a better word to use. She didn't seem to like anyone, and even her tolerance was broken at times. Yes, Vortex was a dangerous cat who was glad to be pegged as such. After all, to survive in a hostile place such as this, you either needed to be very brave...very foolish...or very dangerous.

With a sigh, Forest let her pale green hues wander around the clearing. She saw a few other cats and picked up small words of conversation. Nothing enough to comprehend though. She was beginning to feel miserable. The place she had been working so hard to learn to love, seemed to slowly be turning against her, a feeling she didn't want to have. She had heard too many stories from her father to know what it most likely felt like to be rejected by most everyone in the group.

Thistle's icy blue eyes swept around the clearing, searching for some cat she could 'befriend'. She gave an evil chuckle as she planned out what she could do to break this cat. Watching all the cats converse, she gave a start as her eyes almost missed the small cat huddling in a corner. Thistle grinned. Perfect. Walking across the clearing in her slightly crouched pose, she sidled up to the cat. "Why, hello there," she purred. "Are you okay?" Thistle put just the right amount of concern in her voice to make it seem like she actually cared.

Infamous padded into the clearing, his soft, almost white orbs flickering as he looked around. He spotted the molly limping and felt a sudden surge sweep over him. He padded to her and sat infront of her, his tail landing over his paws. "So, you hurt yourself." he meowed, his deep voice carrying well. "Wonderful. Well, what did you do, sprain your paw?" he asked, chuckling ever so softly.

Tundra was examining her leg, wondering if she should head over to the healer's den later to get it checked. I probably should, don't want to damage it even more, Tundra thought. The Siberian may not be the loudest, but she was indeed intelligent. She knew how to take care of herself, but she wasn't going to waste a chance for the healer's to do something. Tundra froze as she heard a voice. Slowly, she lifted her head, terror in her eyes, as if dreading it would be someone like Hannibal. She didn't need another chat with the eerie cat. One was enough. Relief flooded into her yellow-green gaze as she saw it wasn't any of those scary cats that every knew to stay away from. Instead, there was a cat she had never seen before. "I was fighting....", she trailed quietly, wondering if she should tell him what she was fighting. "A tree", she finished, looking down at her paws in embarrassment.

Infamous rolled his eyes and layed down so he didn't tower over her. "So what, did the tree try and take your food?" he joked as his tail flicked. His voice was deep but kind, something ran in these cats. He was quite amused by her admittance, rather then laughing at her.

"I'm a fighter, not a hunter", Tundra mumbled, annoyance flashing in her eyes. She realised what she had just said and felt quite surprised with herself. She had never said something like that. Strange.... "No. I was training and there was no one to train with so I used a tree", she explained in her quiet voice. Tundra was not one to raise her voice. She was born with a soft voice. The she cat had many reasons to yell at others, but she didn't. She just couldn't. If she were to yell at someone, she would be extremely surprised. She doubted she had ever yelled at anyone in her life. Not her sister, not her nieces or nephews, no one.

Arrow's tail lashed back and forth as he looked over at her, almost waiting for her to look over at him again before he said- or did- anything. The tom sighed. Why would she approach him? Even if she was scared, which it appeared she was, there was no way that she would be willing to allow him to come over to her and help.
That was probably out of the question. She was certainly pretty- he could give her that, she looked as though she would attract attention. Perhaps she was just trying to avoid the attention that was undeniably given to her. Arrow couldn't imagine that a cat would not attract attention. In that case, I should definitely leave her alone. He thought, until the voice in the back of his mind began to speak up.
But what if she's lonely?
Shut up. She's not.
She could need a friend.
There's no way.
That's what you think.
FINE!
With a scowl, Arrow padded over towards the she cat, his hues glinting as he looked from side to side, anxious to avoid any unwanted attention himself. He settled down beside her, curling his tail around his paws, his stance more concerned then he cared to mention. Even with his stance being fairly concerned, he didn't look like the friendliest cat in the Dusk Syndicate. "Something I can help you with?" He asked. That was his greeting; although it didn't have the general comforting note that it should have had, given his intentions. Frustrated with this, Arrow's face contorted into a sort of frustrated snarl, and he tried to hide it from the she cat, not wanting her to be worried- if that was her problem.

(Im sorry for the super late reply! :C )
Echo almost jumped as she heard a cat speak her blue hue's widened as the tom sat next to her, she almost couldn't comprehend it a cat speaking to her? A Dusk Syndicate cat also! She almost thought she was dreaming shaking her head wondering if this was real or not, if this really isn't a dream then why would he be talking to me? He must want something! That's it! her anxiety rose as she looked at the tom she had to admit that the tom was handsome maybe he was just concerned? Why would they be concerned about a stranger..?
The Molly clawed at the ground a bit unsure what to say or do, Maybe she should just get up and walk away No..that would be rude.. then she had an idea sitting up a bit hoping to seem more confident her gaze turned towards him "I don't need any help. Why are you asking?" Echo could hear her own coldness in her voice and almost wanted to say sorry but just looked down at her paws almost just waiting for the tom to yell if he did she wouldn't be surprised maybe then he would leave...?, The wind ruffled her fur again making her shiver a little but it wasn't just the wind making her shiver it was her anxiety dusk syndicate cat always scared her when they talked to her they wouldn't leave her alone until they got what they wanted usually it was to only an answer to a question sometimes though it was to hurt another cat of course she would lie most the time...sometimes i wish i was still a kit then maybe cats wouldn't bother me.. her ears flattened and her tail twitched slightly.

Making his way back to the central camp that the Syndicate now resided in was Destrix, the lean and muscular tom holding in his jaws what looked to be a large sparrow. Ever since his time roaming around RiverClan's border, and with Larkflight, then Larkpaw, having taught him how to hunt, he couldn't stand not using those abilities to his advantage. And sparrows were easy, if one had the element of surprise on their side. The tom dropped it in the middle of the clearing, figuring that it would be fought over pretty soon, and he was in the mood for a show. He moved away from the deceased bird a few pawsteps before settling down, the tip of his tail flickering back and forth at his side. Boredom soon struck the tom as he lost interest in the sparrow he'd brought back and soon rose to his paws once more, glancing around. A few tail-lengths away, he spotted an unfamiliar face. The tom blinked, obviously confused; he knew every face in the Syndicate, so why did this one look unfamiliar to him? Without a second thought, Destrix slid over to where Vortex lay in the clearing and blinked. "Are you new?" he asked simply, voice all but emotionless as he stared down at the she-cat with unreadable blue eyes.

She let out a drawn out, exasperated sigh, rolling her eyes and flicking her tail. "No, it's not stressful. We do what we do to survive, and to live. And I think your "pacing party" is useless- please, just go do something worthwhile. Or at least don't be ridiculous, really," Skipper mewled, her tone sarcastic and snippy, colored be inherent dislike of those who complained. Her ears flattened and she scowled widely, teeth flashing a milky white as she pulled back her lips slightly in a partial snarl that only augmented how bothered she was. Her whipcrack temper had already flared, a reflex that she had developed after being hurt time after time. She glared at Talon, feeling suspicion rising in her, despite it being unwarranted.

Talon let a loose growl fall from her mouth, daggers shooting from her emerald gaze. "You're part of the reason as to why I wish to leave," Talon meowed maliciously, "You're just a cat who thinks that they own the right to curse anyone who has a different I opinion than you," her voice was harsh as she stood up, her muscular frame coming up higher than Skipper's. Though she was already large enough, Talon puffed up her short fur to make her appearance scarier to let the younger she-cat know that she wasn't a force to be reckoned with.
