My boy Mottledcrow is a bit careless; perhaps he could be the (accidental) father? As in, he's had his experiences outside of the clan with she-cats and toms all over, but didn't expect any kits out of it? He would still make an attempt to be a part of Mikadopaw's life, though being young, would of course make a few wrong turns along the way. Might be an interesting thing to have play out.
