A Taste of Death

Foxbite has been ravenous for almost his entire stay in ShadowClan.

Sure, he had access to all the food he could want, but.. nothing has quite hit the spot like the taste of cat flesh. Since becoming crippled in the ThunderClan raid, getting around hasn't been so easy for him, and being cooped up around the elder's den has driven him stir crazy.

And he can't.. shake the need for flesh. The desire to eat cat again. The need. It's all he can think about. His body is shaking, his vision is blurry.. and then a gift comes.

A [ VICTIM ] enters the elders' den looking to help out when a thorn pricks their paw, and the smell of blood sets Foxbite over the edge.

He attacks them with the intent to kill and eat them. Whether or not it works is up to the roleplayer, but I would like him to be able to at least partially cannibalize this cat. If they do not die, they will have some permanent scarring at the very least as he will be taking out chunks of flesh.

Hearing the commotion, Dawnstripe (Undertaker's cat!) will intervene and attack Foxbite. He'll be driven off by the fierce warrior and flee into the territory, where he succumbs to his injuries.

Not many roles are needed in this, but I'd appreciate if I could get a victim for this! As stated they do not have to die but probably will have some lasting scars from this encounter (both mental and physical!)

I don't really want more cats than Dawnstripe driving him out of camp but others are free to jump in to help the victim / enforce camp security / check the territory to make sure he's gone. A trail of blood will lead toward Whispering Wetlands, where his collapsed body may be found near the decayed body of a missing WindClan apprentice (Hogpaw.)

Why would you like to be Foxbite's dinner?: later on he becomes very stoic and bold in the face of danger. looking for a reason he becomes that way - facing the dangerous realities of the world and having to remain brave in front of his family would be a great way to set that up. He'd also DEFINITELY use it to flirt with other cats. "y'see these scars? a crazy cat tried to eat me once. oh, yeah, no, it was no big deal. irisflame and echopaw patched me up. they look pretty cool, don't ya think? wanna touch em?"

Is Foxbite the same one that chomped off a ThunderClanner's nose? I had a blast reading that interaction.
