The beautiful meadow(open)

My character Coral lives in a meadow that surrounded by a forest. Flowers and other plants grow here. His den is an old badger set, but it has been a long time since a badger has lived there. There's a little creek that runs through the meadow.

Coral was awake and enjoying the nice summer air. The tom had lived here for about six months now and he made sure to mark his borders every day. He had already done so that morning. Coral laid down on his back with his paws folded in front of him. He loved the sun on his fur. What he loved more was the flowers that surrounded him. They were all so beautiful. Coral was glad to have found this place.

There was a soft voice that echoed in the high grass along the den he so loved, a tall she-cat standing at the creek and talking to herself. Her fur was fluffy and a light brown, paws not touching the water. "So stupid, Melody. You could have just waited. She would have come back." @Sparkling Flowers

FThe little kit was walking around. She was worn out, lost, and hungry. She saw another cat and hid in a whole in a tree. The calico cat only looked brown. Her blue eyes scanning the clearing as a cat started talking to herself she got even mote scared. @Sparkling Flower @AmberShadow

Coral scented a couple of cats in his territory and looked up. The tom saw a tiny kit run into the safety of a tree and a she-cat talking to herself. he would see if the kit was alright first. The small tom padded over to the kit in the tree. "It's okay sweetheart. There's nothing to be scared about.", Coral meowed in a soft feminine voice.

She was scared of the bigger cat and was backing away to the back of the trunk which was too close to the entrance for her. She decided to give up and laid down shaking with pain and hunger. After a while of silence she asked, Really? very shakily. @Sparkling Flower
