Star's Adventure(open)

Star padded away from his mothers nest, wanting to go out and do some exploring. He looked around seeing Dwayne, watcging, so he just decided to slip out the back. He was 3 moons now and he knew how to hunt thanks to his mother. The young tom drew closer and closer away, but he made a trail of nettles, so he could find his way back. Star didn't want to loose his mother or his adopted Father.

A hiss came from Scratch's maw as he slunk closer. A helpless little kitty, playing with nettles. It was impressive, how little the small kit winced as he handled them. Perhaps he would make a promising fighter. A good apprentice. Now that he'd had to get rid of Rip, he needed another one. Stepping forward, he purred Hello. How are you? he couldn't appear hostile, the kid would run away. Kids didn't fight back. They just ran away. Would you like to go for a bit of a walk with me? he added, his tail swishing low. Get him away from the sure to be nearby mom, and then zoom. Take off. @Angelique

(Oooooo plot!)

Star looked up from where he was as he scented a cat nearby. It wasn't familiar to it, but he didn't know good cats from bad cats. The kitten padded up to the tom. He heard him hiss, but taht went right over his head. Star shook out his pelt from the cold. "Sure mama won't mind.", he responded. Little did he know what was to happen to him.

Perfect. This kitten seemed trusting, and all to willing to abandon his small trail of nettles to follow Scratch. As he padded along, deliberately going in a confusing and crisscrossing way, he decided to find out a bit more about the kitten. What's your name? he asked, his tail stirring up a small spray of snow as it swished across the powdery layer that settled over everything. Just a bit farther, and over the river. That would be sure to throw off any potential pursuers. As they neared the bank, the tom mewed kindly You're a very strong kit you know. Fierce. just to make the kid feel good. Pride dulled the senses and slowed the mind. @Angelique

Star easily followed the tom. He was just a dumb kit. He trusted others way to easily. Plus he seemed nice enough, so why not. The three moon old kitten cuaght up rather easily for his short legs, but it required for him to get tired easily. Maybe he should turn back and go back to mama. Star was about ready turn around and head back, but then he spoke to him again. "Mama and papa say I'm strong.", he meowed. He turned right back to stay at the older cats side. "Mama named me Star.", he meowed. Just like starclan. Dwayen had told him about starclan. He thought it was the best thing in the world. He wanted to know everything about Starclan. "Papa told me about Starclan, he was a former clan cat.", Star added.

The kit had begun to turn away, but his words had pulled him back. Pleased at his own cunning, Scratch only barely heard and absorbed the small kits words as to his name for a moment. His dad, Starclan, CLAN CAT? This kit was Clanspawn? It was incredibly tempting to kill him right then and there, but the spray of water stopped him. A chunk of ice tumbled over the bank of the river, sending a spray of water onto him, and perhaps the kit. His movements remained smooth as he leaned down slowly, before flashing forwards with snakelike speed. His jaws closed on the kits scruff and he raised his head quickly before lunging for the stones he had traveled many a time. Several bounds and he was across. The kit couldn't leap far enough to get back over, and hopefully the water that lapped over the stones would throw parents off the trail. Welcome to your new home kid. he purred, as he continued to carry the small tom towards his den. @Angelique

Luna popped her head in the den "Hello? I'm Luna and I need a place to sleep-" She began "Oh,I'm sorry,am I interrupting something?" She asked
