Brokensight stepped forward, enjoying the breeze against his fur. He sat down and looked around, listening for anything. The tom had hope that nothing bad would happen. Enough had happened to his friend, Chris, and now he had to deal with more.

Making his way out of camp was something that the gray tabby was not used to, let alone with another cat. But the nights had been filled with unease and unwanted dreams, so any distraction Kestrelwing could get, he would take. "Looks like leaf-bare is finally starting to release it's grip," he huffed as he came to stand beside Brokensight. He didn't know the tom too terribly well, but it was better company than an apprentice that was for sure. "Let's start over by the streams - perhaps some fish decided to be stupid enough to wander over." Not waiting for his companion Kestrelwing set off at a rather fast pace, wanting to get this done and over with.

Perhaps with some hunting and unnecessary conversation, sleep would finally be within his reach.
