The War On Boredom (Private?)

Once upon a time, two authors got bored. They both had literally nothing to do. So they spoke to each other and decided that being productive and working to better themselves is far inferior to plopping down their random OCs into a dimension and seeing how they'd react. The first author may or may not be yet unsure of what exactly she's writing so she decides to wing it.

Emerald opened her bright green eyes. They darted around the place. This was the third time she'd woken up in a random place. Did this happen to everyone? Probably. She didn't know how to react. The author insists that she sit there and wait for someone to reply. She us reasonably confused.

Dizerel (the red dragonborn on the right) was dropped in soon after. He was Tall, nearly 7 foot! And very strongly built, too! He had been in the middle of feasting on a large meal that his slaves prepared for him when he was just poofed into existence here. Not quite sure what was going on, he looked around for an explanation, his eyes finally landing on Emerald. "You. Do you know what brought me here?" his deep, commanding voice rang out.

Emerald turned to the odd, dragon-like being that had appeared. Her strange instincts told her to take a battle stance that she somehow knew. She wasn't am expert on manners but she noticed that the nice people usually said hello in a much friendlier tone. She had a problem with trust sometimes, but her curiosity was what usually led her. So she just stared curiously at him.
"I don't. I was just brought here too." she said in a sort of puzzled tone before flashing a very awkward smile with her razor-sharp teeth. Brought into nothingness once again. The area was sort of light, because the author knew about her strange dear of dark abysses. Said author decided it was a weird place so some grass appeared under them and some clouds scattered across the blue sky. There was no sun yet the light came from everywhere.

(Also if you were confused before about me using my name when describing the dragon, thats because this character is where my namesake comes from. So when I say Dizerel, im referring to him)

"You dont know? Quite peculiar, that is. You certainly could be lying to me, but if you were the one to bring me here, it would either be for you to kill me or bargain with me, and since you are doing neither as of yet, im inclined to believe you speak the truth." He said. He had a stuck-up and haughty voice, sounding like some sort of nobility, and his armor certainly matched that. Well polished, shining plate mail covering him from the shoulders down, with an emblem of a dragon on the front of his breastplate. "And you have no clue as to why we are here either, hm? Very strange. Very strange indeed."

Since this weird lizard man had not yet tried to kill her, Emerald relaxed her guard slightly. Wut now? Asked the author though they could not hear her. Emerald was wondering if this place worked like Here. She tried to imagine a teacup instead having the letters n o fall to the ground and almost squash her. OK, so she couldn't alter this place. She turned to the frog guy.
"I've been brought to places like this before. If I had a penny everytime I appeared in a random location with no memory of how I got there I'd have 3 pennies. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened three times." she said as the author giggles at her reference. She was entirely unfazed by the snake dude now and decided to explore.

So far, Dizerel had not been very pleased with the attitude of this stranger. A bit too silly for his taste. Normally he would take joy in conquering someone like her and adding them to the list of slaves that he had. However, there was no point to taking slaves here when he didn't even know the way out. He tried using his teleportation magic but to no avail. Seems he was stuck here, for the time being. "Do not inundate me with humorous jests, I am not here for any sort of comradery, and if I wanted a clown to laugh at I would just summon one of my own. I have things to attend to back home, and I must be leaving as soon as I possibly can."

Emerald lifted a thick eyebrow at the gekko sir. He really liked big words. Also he was mildly annoying. As if she wanted to be around him either. Emerald was capable and competent and has a lot of cakes to bake and flowers to sniff back home. She ran lightly, her muscular boyish body moving at its usual high speed. But so far nothing to see. Then the author realized this plot was going stale. And, for lack of better imagination, a giant piece of cheese appeared. It sprouted legs and eyes rolled into all the cheese holes. It growled threatening. Emerald pulled back instinctively, taking a fighting stance. But she was just oh so curious!
"It's OK." she said as she tried to approach it.

(yes I'm gonna keep making jokes about him being a reptile and no u can't stop meh lol. Also feel free to add onto the plot at any point. After all, we're just the authors mashing our oc figurines into a piece of cheese with skewers poked in it and making fighting noises.)

Dizerel looked down at the animated and possibly even sentient cheese wheel with a snarl of disgust. "Lowly creatures like you somehow find the strangest of things to be entertaining. Why can I never circumstance upon one who is into a more refined taste, like dragonchess, or the fine study of magic." He raised his hand towards the cheese wheel. Briefly, his hand started to glow red, then a small ball made of strange yellow energy shot out of his palm at high speed towards the wheel. Upon collision, there was a thunderous "BOOOOOOM!" loud enough to make Emerald's ears ring if she was close to it. "Pathetic creatures dont deserve any better. I was probably putting that thing out of its misery. Lets see here, if I cant teleport back, can I still summon something to entertain myself?"

A book popped into his hand. It was a finely bound leather notebook with a gilded rim and gems all over the front cover. He flipped through a few pages, and then looked up towards Emerald. "Ah, that looks like it might work. How about sending you through a living nightmare just to see how you would react? I of course would be pulling all the strings and trying to gauge how you fare. If you do good enough I might consider you to be one of the head slaves at my castle."

(Ive been wanting to do a horror-themed rp for a while. Maybe sending Emerald through a maze of horrors could be fun?)

Emeral's face twisted into sudden anger. She was a patient person but this guy was insufferable. Who did he think he is? And the poor cheese! It did look dangerous but he didn't have to blow it up!
"No way! That's dumb! And you aren't enslaving me under any circumstance. I've literally not done anything to you!" she said and looked up at the sky, at the author. You did this, didn't you!? Hey, I was also bored. Get me out, this is stupid! Look, you're just a character. Shut up.

(Also, early warning: Dizerel is kind of a Gary Sue. He has the power to back up a lot of his threats. Thats why I was wanting to go for something more along the lines of Dizerel pulling the strings in a scenario that he forces Emerald through. Otherwise I dont think it would go very well)

"That is the whole point. You havnt done anything to me. If you had, I would have blown you to pieces on the spot. Spending your life in servitude to me is not only a mercy, it is an honor. You should be appalled that you are even allowed in my presence." He looked a bit curiously at her as she looked to the sky, and then something seemed to click. "Ah, I know where we are. Why else wouldnt my teleportation work? It was so obvious. So, do you agree to that little suggestion I have or not?" He huffed, closing his spellbook and crossing his arms.
