Wild Cats have been around for thousands of years. They've learned from their surroundings, learned to work as a team, and take one another down. In the midst of all this, the Wild Cats have made alliances. Some with large birds, who can carry away their rival's kits, some with different prey animals who have power. The Wild Cats are learning. And now, growing more powerful, their alliances have been broken- they no longer trust the birds and the prey to do as they ask. The Wild Cats are forced to team with each other...at least, with the ones that they trust the most.

So! There are five different groups of Wild Cats: Lionsnarl, Cougarsnarl, Cheetahsnarl, Lynxsnarl, and Domesticsnarl.

Lionsnarl- These cats are fierce, brave, and proud. They have the power of Mind Reading

Cougarsnarl- These cats are more secretive, but when cornered are the most dangerous. They have the power of Mind Control.

Cheetahsnarl- These cats are skittish. They have the power of Teleportation.

Lynxsnarl- These cats are powerful, and secretive. They have Animus powers.

Domesticsnarl- These cats range in sizes, shapes, and personalities. While most cats in the other Snarls tend to stick to what they've been described as, Domesticsnarl can be any one of those things and more. They have the power of Flight (with wings)

Name Types
A Lionsnarl cat's name will have something to do with Africa- Savannah, Serengeti, etc. It can also be an African name.

A Cougarsnarl cat's name will have something to do with mountains: Summit, Denali, etc.

A Cheetahsnarl cat's name will have something to do with running or Africa, and can again be an African name. EXAMPLES: Dart, Aturi, Maliki

A Lynxsnarl cat's name will generally sound exotic; no particular group, just something that makes them sound different. NOT an African name.

A Domesticsnarl cat's name can be pretty much anything.

Explaining the Positions
Each Snarl has a Fang, or Commander
A Claw, or Commander in Chief
Generals, Assassins, Warriors, Hunters, Guards, Trainees, and Cubs.
If a Claw dies, a General will be chosen to replace them. Only Generals can be chosen to be Commander in Chief- that is the highest Rank.
Assassins are under the command of Generals, and are required to do as they say.
Warriors are under the command of Assassins.
Hunters are under the command of Warriors.
Guards are under the command of Hunters.
Trainees are under the command of whoever their Trainer will be.
Cubs pretty much just have to listen to their parents.
A Den Cat is any cat who has been injured, is expecting, or is being 'tested' to see if they can join the Snarl.

So! After a Trainee completes their Training, they will start out as a Guard and hopefully be able to move up the ranks. Only the weakest of Guards will not be allowed to move upwards. A General is the highest Rank, and a great honor, but there can only be three Generals in a Snarl at the same time. Therefore the Fang, (again, Commander), is very careful about whom he allows the Generals to be.

Rules
It is up to whoever will be the Fang of each Snarl to choose their Commander in Chief and Generals. All other roles will be accepted by me.

It is up to whoever will be the Fang of each Snarl when your cat gets to move up in Rank. PM them if you want to ask about doing so.

If your cat is not accepted for Commander, Commander in Chief, General, or Assassin, as these are limited roles, they are more then welcome to be any of the other roles and perhaps the Fang will choose them to be a General or Assassin sometime.

Remember that the Fang is in charge of their Snarls, not the Claw. If you are roleplaying the Claw of the Snarl, please don't try to take over command unless you and the roleplayer of the Fang have already worked a plot out and I have confirmed it over PM.

Fangs: Please don't show favoritism when picking roles. Make sure everyone has a fair chance, but you do get to choose whoever you believe is best suited for the role.

Once all Fangs have been chosen, we can begin! Hopefully there will be a few 'Claws' by then, but if not, that's okay too ^^

You are allowed to have as many characters as you would like! Please keep up with them all, and let your Fang or me know if you are dropping out of the RP or if you are giving up your Commander in Chief, General, or Assassin so we can re-open that and allow someone else a try ^^

Name: Kiana
Age: 25 moons
Gender: Female
Snarl: Lionsnarl
Position: Assassin
Personality: Kiana isn't the calmest of assassins. She seems to have endless energy, and she definitely knows a thing or two about getting on other cats' nerves. Kiana can be calm when she needs to, however...she knows when to be serious and use her power to help her Snarl. Kiana's not the greatest at fighting...which is where her Mind Reading power comes in, to help her fight better. Kiana can be fierce when she needs to be, especially when a friend is in danger... at that moment, all of her friendly, happy nature seems to melt away. Kiana hates being stereotyped as a 'happy, doesn't-really-care' lioness, and she tends to lash out at cats who do that to her very easily. She's not much of a thinker- she's more of a doer, going out and getting whatever needs to be done finished up as quickly as possible. Kiana loves to have long conversations with her friends, however...the more she likes you, the more she's willing to spend time with you and talk to you. Kiana's willing to work hard for what she wants, although she isn't planning on reaching the very top- she got as far as she did by working as hard as she could, and she's still working to make sure that she keeps her position and maybe someday, she'll be a General.

Name: Zacheo
Age: 10 moons
Gender: Male
Snarl: Lionsnarl
Position: Trainee
Personality: Zacheo is surprisingly calm for his age, and analyzes everything. At times it looks as though he's staring right through you. Zacheo focuses on things that interest him, sometimes staring at them for a long time, and he's still learning to develop his powers so that they don't drive him crazy from all the thoughts that he can hear. He's already good at controlling his thoughts, not to mention being quite careful to keep his own guarded. There aren't too many Trainees who can do that- older lions, such as Assassins or Generals maybe, but for a Trainee that's quite impressive. Zacheo doesn't like to hold eye contact for too long, so although he's very good at Mind Reading, he can't continue on for too long or he gets frustrated. He hates being stared at, because it makes him feel like he's being judged, and he especially hates to be bothered when he's training. Zacheo is an interesting feline, with quite a bit of strong ambition as well.

Position: Guard
Personality: Maliki loves a good competition, though he's not too competitive. He loves to make new friends, especially when they're as friendly as himself and are willing to deal with his antics. He's quite the jokester- he'll do anything to make another cat laugh, even if they're from another Snarl. Maliki would love to have an alliance with another Snarl, and doesn't quite understand why everyone seems to be hiding things. Maliki's working hard to get up in Rank so he will have enough authority to suggest to the Fang or Claw that they make an Alliance with any one of the Snarls- though, personally, he's always loved Lynxsnarl the most out of all of them. Maliki wants desperately to be accepted by the other members of Lionsnarl and tries hard to impress them, although sometimes it comes across as him being 'flirty.' Maliki doesn't take much of an interest in romance, at least not in front of the other cats, though secretly he's always dreamed of having a small romance with a Lynxsnarl cat. Maliki's quite the dreamer- though it's hard to tell by looking at him, he's always smiling and laughing about something or another.

Personality: Denali is focused and always to the point. She's not going to mess around with anything, certainly not safety. Denali doesn't talk much to other cats, except for the ones higher up in the chain of command- and she certainly doesn't tolerate disloyalty. Denali gets paranoid easily, and sometimes it seems like she'd rather have a Snarl full of a few loyal cats that were loyal only to her then a Snarl full of cats who weren't always loyal. Denali wants everyone to fill the stereotype of Cougarsnarl cats- although she herself doesn't. Although Denali puts on a fierce and commanding attitude around her Snarl, when she's with just a few close cats that she trusts, she can actually be quite sweet and gentle. Denali doesn't exactly believe in love...although she would like to perhaps find someone special one day, she believes in having a mate for the good of the Clan. Denali doesn't care about her own feelings, she would rather find someone powerful who would be able to help Cougarsnarl. She doesn't like listening to other cats...well, other then her Claw...but most of the time even then, she can be a little too touchy.

Age: 40 moons
Gender: Male
Snarl: Cougarsnarl
Position: Assassin
Personality: Everest is bitter at having been an Assassin for so long. He's seen much less cats then himself claw their way to the top, and he hates being so close but not quite there. He hates Denali, and anyone who's close to her, and is planning an uprising against her- though he's being discreet about making these plans, keeping it to himself with only a few trusted cats knowing. He acts friendly towards Denali and her supporters, but his trusted friends know what he's doing. Everest tries to make friends with the cats who have the most influence over Denali, including her Claw, and he's hoping to win them over sometime soon. Everest is careful not to give away his plans to anyone he doesn't completely trust, meaning any suspicious questions asked by an outsider are dismissed and he pretends that he never heard them say a word in the first place. Everest is an interesting cat in more ways then one, but he's dangerous as well... he's used to getting what he wants. As far as love goes, Everest is blocked off from it. He doesn't care about anyone, not even his own supporters, and would sacrifice them in a minute if it meant he got to fight another day. Everest is quite a selfish and ambitious cat, but...anyone can change.

Personality: Mirage is very nervous and worried most of the time. Her first priority is always, always her Snarl, and she's constantly thinking about ways to improve matters inside it. She doesn't love having an alliance, but she's okay with hearing feedback from more experienced cats then herself. Mirage, being the youngest Fang of Lynxsnarl ever, is still stunned that she was able to claw her way to the top so quickly. Being so young, she's worried about what might happen if she messes up. Mirage isn't one to focus on the good things; she goes back and finds all the bad things, and then fixes them so that they will become good. Mirage is soft spoken and friendly to every member of her Snarl...she tries to give everyone a chance to move up in rank when she can. This leads to conflicts later on, but Mirage is able to fix them in a way that is fair and good. She tries her best to have everyone in her Snarl care about themselves as much as they care about the other Snarl members, since she knows that if they don't care what happens to them, they won't be much good later on. Mirage tries to lead in a way that she thinks her predecessors would be proud of, although she knows that she doesn't always do so well.

Age: 30 moons
Gender: Female
Snarl: Lynxsnarl
Position: Warrior
Personality: Stara isn't bitter about being a Warrior even with her older moons, she's happy for Mirage and whoever else is above her in Rank. She believes, like Mirage, that everyone deserves a fair chance at winning their own Rank and finding their place in the Snarl, although she's more then happy to be right where she is. Stara is careful not to allow her dangerous thoughts that perhaps she would deserve a higher Rank if she were better at her own job get in the way of carrying out her duties. She's always keeping an eye out for the other Snarl members, and although she cares about what happens to her, she still cares about her Snarl more. Stara loves to serve her Snarl in any way she can, even if that's just helping one of the Trainees work. She doesn't really want a Trainee of her own...she's afraid it would be too much of a distraction to her and she doesn't want to get attached to any particular Snarl member. Stara believes deeply in loyalty and courage, and values those two things over her own life, not to mention almost over her Snarl itself, although not quite. She's still happy and proud to be a part of Lynxsnarl.

Personality: Sage is friendly and outgoing, willing to make friends with any cat that crosses her path. Despite the fact that she's getting older by the day, her appearance doesn't show it- and neither does her personality. Sage can take a good joke, and she loves to laugh along with the other Snarl members when she hears one. Sage likes to make friends with other Snarls, but she knows better then to suggest making an alliance. She knows that the Fang and Claw know better then anyone else how to make an alliance and she doesn't want to mess things up for them. Sage doesn't like Cheetahsnarl at all- she doesn't trust their powers of teleportation. She loves to fly, especially first thing in the morning when she gets up, and she generally heads over the other territories, which is surprising considering she's normally all about leaving the other Snarls alone as long as they leave her own alone. Sage has no ambition or desire to move further up in Rank- she'd rather leave that to more experienced or more ambitious cats then herself.

Age: 15 moons

Snarl: Domesticsnarl
Position: Warrior
Personality: Hailey is a bundle of ambition and fire. She doesn't want to stop until she reaches the very top, and from there she wants to make peace between the Snarls. She doesn't understand why the Snarls can't just get along, and she would love to have a mate and cubs one day- though she's careful not to move too quickly now. She's got her whole life ahead of her, after all! At least, that's her opinion. Hailey's pretty bad at fighting, she prefers to fly away when she feels like she's losing a fight, and she gets nervous when she feels like she's going to get hurt. Hailey's careful not to get in the way of two Domesticsnarl members fighting, although it makes her sad when they do so. She doesn't understand why there has to be so much hatred all the time, though she's tried to multiple times. Hailey definitely isn't a cheater- she's not going to fall for more then one male, and she's certainly not going to try and hide her feelings. She's never actually fallen for anyone before, and she's not planning to for a while, not until she knows that she's good and ready. Hailey doesn't care much about loyalty...she thinks it would be better to allow the cats of Domesticsnarl to do what they want to do without fear of getting in trouble.

Personality: Wonder is shy and soft spoken. He tends to stammer a lot when he gets nervous, either that or hide his face, and he puts a wall up around his emotions when he feels threatened. Wonder very rarely feels safe, especially when there are dangerous cats around, and he isn't too much of a fighter. Most Domesticsnarl cats aren't, but Wonder seems to be a downright coward. He would prefer to surround himself with powerful and dangerous cats of his own Snarl then hide away all alone with the risk of being found by a powerful and dangerous cat from another Snarl. Wonder's afraid of heights- ironic for a Domesticsnarl cat, but he tries his best to get himself off the ground when he can. Wonder tends to try and face his fears (as long as he's protected while doing it) although that never goes very well, being the coward that he is. Wonder gets bullied by most of the other cats in Domesticsnarl and considers leaving a good deal of the time.

Under his tough shell, he is actually a very kind-hearted cat, and will give his life for anyone that is an trouble.
