Years after the events of the movie, we enter a world that is very much the same as the beginning...
And that isn't a good thing.
Predators are going savage, and scientists can't figure out why!
Everyone in Zootopia has taken the Nighthowlers Vaccine, so why are so many preds going savage?!
There is no clue to what is going wrong, the Nighthowlers Vaccine is having no affect on the savage preds, and prey animals are now living in the constant fear that they might be next.
So, the Mayor of Zootopia, Mayor Hilton Helios (A giraffe) has been given orders by the President of The United States Of Animalia, that all predators from now until to foreseeable future, are to wear a device called a Taming Collar.
If a predator shows too much excitement, anger, or a high level of any other dangerous emotion, it will be shocked by the Collar.
All preds ages 10 and up are given the device to wear, and there's no way to take it off, only doctors and government officials have that power.
Predator ages 10 and up must wear a taming collar, no one above 10 should be without one.
Pred-Prey marriages/relationships can exist, but there are no Pred-Prey hybrids.
There can be Pred-Pred hybrids, like say a Fox and a Wolf, and Prey-Prey hybrids like a... pig and a sheep, but no hybrids that are Pred-Prey!
Abuse of power is not allowed! If your character is a police officer or a doctor, they can not release animals from their collars for no reason, if they do, they will get fired.
Respect my wishes, please. If I ask you to refrain from doing something in the roleplay, please refrain from doing it!
OOC and IC are completely different, if I give you information OOC, your character will have no way of knowing.

- The Rainforest District: The Home Of Many Rainforest Animals | Climate is humid and wet, it often rains here due to a sprinkler system set up in all the trees.

- Savanna Central: Many Animals From The Savanna Live Here | Has a wet season and a dry season (Currently in the wet season, expect a lot of rain)
- Tundra Town: Polar And Cold Weather Animals Favor This Place | Cold and Snowy
- Bunnyburrow: Many Small Woodland Animals Live Here, Kind Of A Suburban Environment | Imagine North Georgian Suburbs
- Little Rodentia: Tiny Town In The Heart Of City Central, Home To Many Small Rodents | Climate is the same as City Central.

Another Attack!
Early this morning at approximately 6:34, residents of City Central awoke to a bus full of screaming children.
An adolescent otter named Rodney Jumper had just got on the bus for school when he reportedly saw his bus driver, Gildroy Simmons, a fourty-five year old Timber Wolf, “acting weird, like his eyes were slightly crossed.”
Rodney asked him if he was okay, but got no answer.
“Okay, I was a little weirded out... but I didn’t say nothing,” Rodney was reported saying during an interview, “I sat down and took out my phone and started messing with it... I put in my ear buds and all was fine... until I heard the screams.”
Rodney’s bus driver had stopped the bus, and turned around,
“He was on all fours! Like some kind of... like a savage!” Says Carly Kipper, a young Zebra, “He was slobbering something crazy, and then, he jumped right at Frisky!”
Frisky Felodoe, a young Grizzly Bear was the victim of Simmons’ attack, he was knocked to the ground and brutally bitten multiple times by the bus driver, getting his arm broken in the process.
Frisky survived, but is now in the hospital.

The young Panther awoke to the sound of his alarm clock blaring Gazelle’s “Herondive”, he groped for the annoying trinket before finding it and turning it off.
He sat up and stretched, his green eyes brightened as he saw the calendar, in big, red letters “New Gig” was written, and circled about a hundred times.
Femi looked over at his guitar in the corner, it was old, and a bit battered, but it was the best thing Femi owned, and he was going to get his big break with it, that he swore.
He stood up and crossed his room to his closet, and slipped on a red flannel shirt over his “Foster The Animals” shirt, pulled on a pair of jeans, and then put on his favorite flip-flops.
Today was going to be a good day.
The newspaper dropped by his door.
Femi made it a habit to always purchase the Newspaper, and read it in the evening to fall asleep, it was just one of his little quirks.
Opening the door, the Panther picked up the newspaper, glanced at it, and tossed it on the small kitchen table.
Now, it was off to work.

After a good cup of black coffee, prepared at home as she did not get the same quality of coffee from coffee shops, Adelaide was ready for work. She had been an intern at her job during her high school years and was immediately hired as a full employee once 18. After 5 years of hard work she had risen to the position of Junior manager. Ada enjoyed her job. It was so well-organized and fascinating. She sometimes struggled dealing with her co-workers as they did not seem to have the same dedication and management involved a lot of social interaction.
She was currently heading to the tall office building.
Adolfa walked out of her apartment. She itched her tame collar. She looked around until she saw the panther. “Watcha got there?” She asked taking her earbuds out.

The young serval watched sadly at the news. It was sad, but right, exactly when she turned ten, she had attacked her parents, unknowingly. Other students had been afraid of her, so a private teacher, Ms.Socomore, had taken her in. Spot enjoyed her teacher, and was happy that she was trained by her. She stood up, and walked out of the door, gently fixing the dress she was wearing. She smiled and walked over to Ms.Socomore's cottage, where she was taught. It was surprising to Spot that Callia wasn't afraid of her, but she did like it.

The camel stood up, deciding to make her and Spot some tea in the morning. She started making it, when she heard a knock at the door. "Hello?" Callia said, turning her head. "Hello!" Spot's bright voice called. Callia smiled, and walked over to the door, opening it for Spot. Spot walked in to the house and smiled. The camel smiled at her and walked over to finish the tea. "Have a seat anywhere you feel comfortable!!" Callia called to her. "What do you like on your toast?" The camel asked when she finished the tea. "Jam and Peanutbutter!" Spot said. Callia smiled and put that in her small toaster.

Zoya blinked her eyes open drearily, sighing as she swayed in her bed. Truly, the young leopard didn’t want to get up out of bed as her music played quietly. Pushing herself up onto her elbows, she rubbed softly at her icey blue eyes before letting out a soft groan and dragging herself out of bed.
After getting dressed into her uniform comfortably, her collar still rubbing against her neck, she made her way out of the apartment.
Maybe Zoya was reforming to fit that police officer stereotype, but she would happily stop and get a thing of coffee. The donuts would have to wait, not having much of a sweet tooth. Slipping off to her car, she began her drive to work.——————————————— ———————————————— ~Damien Fern~
The sound of thumping feet against the ground woke the young Cottentail. Blinking his eyes open, he sighed out as he slipped up out of his bed. He still found it a bit annoying every morning when his siblings went running down the hall.
Turning his head towards the sound of his mother calling his voice, he picked up a bag and hurried down the hall.
Adolfa walked out of her apartment. She itched her tame collar. She looked around until she saw the panther. “Watcha got there?” She asked taking her earbuds out.
