Hey, just wanted to say I don't think there are any cats that could teach him herbs, as anyone else besides a med teaching him would go against the powerplay rules, just saying this so you don't make a similar mistake I made when I first started out, and I don't think most, if any of the TC cats actually have proper herb knowledge

This is incorrect.
You do not need to be a medicine cat to teach herb knowledge as long as the character has obtained their herb knowledge via rp from an approved character. (Medicine cats/former MCs, or someone who learned herbs from a MC character)
Additionally, Icicleripple isn't formally missing - with Panda on hiatus she's just not immediately available to assist cats.

Yeah, I would've pointed out Ice's hiatus, but I forgot to do so, also yeah, I specifically stated 'med' as I didn't know if any cats knew actual herb knowledge in TC besides Ice, guess that was a fault on me there.

This wouldn't work - Thunderkit has never roleplayed with Icicleripple or been in a situation where she would have listened in on / learned about herbs. Her knowledge is limited to using cobwebs / moss per Sweetsong's instructions, since those are common knowledge/common sense.
If a character shows up that has additional knowledge hers can expand, but right now I don't think there's anyone outside Icicleripple who has extended herb knowledge.
