A new world?

now, in all honesty, this area was... new to me. i had never been here. it... it wasn't the mindscape, but it sure was weird. "am i on earth again?" i whispered, my eyes searching the land. i still looked like i had since the first time i had gone to the mind, a button for a nose, one eye, pure white hair, and three fingers and a thumb. i was used to it by now.

Sal was jumping through the trees, chasing a furry spider. She would quickly catch up to it every time, but it was still out of reach. Only when a giant heron snapped its jawd between her and the spider did she stop.

She yelped in fear, but then slipped. She fell, landing on something. She quickly got up. "Oh no, oh no, what did I land on now?"

coughing, i fell, feeling something land on me. or... someone. after they stood up, i stood, spitting out dirt and turning. "er- me-" i said, brushing back my hair.

Sal was frightened at first, but then her frightened expression turned into a smile. "Oh my gosh. Another human! I've never seen one like you before! I'm Sal Clearwater, but you can just call me Sal. Welcome to Amphibia! Well, your actually in Newttopia. This place is just one part of this amazing island! You're gonna love it here!"

i smiled softly. "er- i'm hero. i don't remember my actual name... but... i guess you could call me human..." i mumbled the last part, looking down at my hands. thankfully, it looked like my white hair covered half of my face, so the area where i didn't have an eye was hidden. my nose was still a button. "er- it's nice to meet you, and i'm sure i will, if it's anything like i've seen.

She had red skin with a tan-pink underbelly. Her eyes were yellow as lemons. She had a birthmark-looking brown leaf mark on her right chin. She had a worn and torn green hoodie and brown leather gloves that were fingerless. She wore brown leather shorts and glossy black shoes. There was a scar on her neck and leg. She had dark red freckle like spots on and around her nose. Her hair was blonde and short, going to the end of her neck. The tips seemed to be dyed green.

"Into The heart of Newttopia, silly! Come on, there's so much to see!" She dragged Hero into Newttopia. She whole place was huge and amazing. Newts, frogs, and even salamanders roamed the streets, minding their own or talking to others. "Ok, what do you wanna do first? You can try some bug rolls or go to the library."
