Fawnpaw Search Parties

Once given permission from Pikestar to begin search parties, and the current meeting that announced her disappearance was done, Sunstone [and assumedly Featherflame] hurried out to the middle of camp. He straightened himself and took a deep breath before calling out to everyone. The ginger giant's voice boomed loud and clear throughout the entire clearing.

"RiverClan! May all cats old enough to swim gather here if you are willing to help search for our beloved medicine cat."

Although the massive warrior looked strong and sounded determined, his amber gaze glimmered with worry. Don't worry Fawnpaw...we'll find you...wherever you are.

Sunstone and Featherflame will be sorting your characters into groups of 3-4 and assigning them to specific parts of the territory to go look for Fawnpaw. Once enough cats gather, @Poprock and/or I will begin sorting those groups.

Once the search parties begin, you will have 7 IRL days [one week] to look for her AND report back to Sunstone and/or Featherflame. If your character volunteers and does not do their job or take it seriously, they will likely be punished.

YOUR CHARACTERS WILL NOT FIND FAWNPAW. They may report any faint signs of her scent throughout the territory, but nothing more. Fawnpaw will eventually be returning on her own for Birdie's plot, which can be found here.

P.S. -- This takes place AFTER the current RiverClan meeting. Your cats will know Fawnpaw is missing in this event.

Flamebriar bounded over towards Sunstone [and presumably Featherflame] as she heard the tom's call. "I'd like to help! I swear to StarClan if it's rogues again, I'll shred their pelts!"

Mapledawn walked over as well, ear twitchy in fear, “I’ll join as well!”

Silverpaw, with staggering steps, walked to Sunstone, tears in her eyes. Stars above, this was real. Why was StarClan taking everyone from her. This was destroying her.

"I want to help. Please... let me help."

Slatestripe bounded over as quickly as he could to volunteer his services. “I’ll join the search parties!” he called.

Storksong floated over from where he had been resting in a shady spot, his tail lightly swishing over the ground as he walked. “I would like to offer my aid; it would be a shame to let a youth of RiverClan stay missing without so much as a search party.” Despite his ever-careless demeanor, the young medicine cat’s disappearance had troubled the tom. Too many young cats were being harmed or vanishing without a trace.

Cricketsting knew that it was a bad idea to let a young cat become a medicine cat. Fawnpaw likely ran away due to how much pressure put on her. RiverClan is cracking and cracking, and if this keeps going the clan will eventually collapse. But what Cricketsting could only do was help his fellow clanmates in finding the medicine cat. "I'll join," he said with a serious tone. No jokes was necessary.

[gravekeeper.]

Goldenleaf knew it. Fawnpaw had gone missing! He wanted to do everything to help, though the stupid cold he had definitely wasn’t helping!

Rainwhisper listened carefully to what was being announced. Fawnpaw… missing? he thought, what a shame…

Stars. Seedheart could still truly not believe that this was actually happening. Where had Fawnpaw gone? Was she okay? Seedheart had grown fond of the young cat since their first meeting, and was genuinely very worried about her being missing so young, and as a medicine cat apprentice. A warrior apprentice would probably stand more of a chance, not one as young as her, but with barely any battle training,,

The tortieshelle didn't want to think about it. Fawnpaw was an intelligent cat and she had Starclan to guide her. Not being amount the starry ranks anymore, Seedheart knew she couldn't help the apprentice, but she definitely could help with Medicine Cat Duties, Herb Patrols, and the Search Parties.

Seedheart nimbly jumped forward, and half-padded, half-ran over to where Featherflame. "I'll do my best to help.", the gray, silver and white cat said. Her blue and brown eyes were focused slightly over the other warriors head, a thoughtful, but somber, gaze in her eyes. She would do her best to help.

As Fennelcall heard Sunstone (and presumably Featherflame) call for cats to gather to assist in finding the lost medicine cat he swiftly trotted over to them from the Streamstone. Lots of cats had been going missing recently, as well as a lot of cats showing up dead, so the quicker they found Fawnpaw the better, and the more cats they had looking the more likely they would find her alive. "I can go on a patrol" he said as he sat down to wait to be sorted into a search party, four of his younger siblings were around Fawnpaws age, and if any of them were to go missing alike the young molly he would be devastated.
