The Night Terrors Go Beyond The Rivers {Open to 1}

Blue {They/She}
Blue layed in the Riverclan apprentices den and tried to sleep but she just couldn't. They got up and quietly padded to the middle of the clearing and curled up, they always slept better under the stars. It wasn't long before the night terrors arrived.
In the nightmare, she was running towards her dad and mom as a kit on a sunny day and then in an instant she was 7 moons, it was storming and the stench of blood had arrived. They looked down and saw their parents dead bodies. She heard her brother cackling from behind her and she started sobbing then screamed "YOUR A MONSTER!" In both her dream and reality. Jay lunged at her and she jolted awake with a shock. Still in shock, the young cat ran towards the exit of camp.
She was just at the exit when she got a grip on reality and heard someone say something.

Beechkit yawned and stretched. It had been too hard to sleep in the nursery, surrounded by other kits, and besides, he was nearly an apprentice. Why shouldn't he go out at night? Padding out into the clearing, he was surprised to see another young cat out so late. He vaguely recognised her as Blue, but he didn't know where they had come from. They were running towards the camp exit, her paws pounding along the ground.

"HEY! BLUE! Where are you going? Why are you running?"" His mew seemed to shock the young cat out of their frenzied state, and he bounded up to them, "What were you doing?" He asked again.

Blue steadied her breath and turned towards the cat. He was only two moons younger than them. "Uhhh...just a bit startled by something...I-I'm fine!" She manged to get out.

Looking critically at Blue for a moment, her response seemed to satisfy Beechkit and he grinned back at her.
"Ok, if you're alright!" He seemed blissfully unaware of the scared and confused cat in front of him until he saw her shaking in fear, "Are you sure you're telling me the truth?" he asked again, his nose twitching in concern, "What startled you? Wanna chat?"

Blue looked at the cat, confused. "Talk about my feelings?" She asked, bewildered. Well, this was new. Usually, their brother would tell them to suck it up..."That sounds nice! To chat..." She replied after thinking it over.

Beechkit wrinkled his nose in confusion.
"Yeah, chat. Like, talk about you. Hasn't anyone ever asked you that before." He pushed his nose into her side on instinct, remembering how his mother did that to him when he was feeling sad, "Are you ok? Why were you out here?"

"No...whenever I was sad I was supposed to suck it up or walk it off..." She said, equally as confused. The feeling of the gentle touch felt nice, reminding her of her mother. She gave a sad smile.
"I'm not sure if I'm ok but I always slept better under the stars." She said staring at the sky. Her expresion darkened as she mumbled "It was more safe than sleeping with Jay in the makeshift den..."
