Hello! Recently, a few people have asked me about sign ups for regular cult members. As such, I decided to go ahead and make a page about it. That way, you guys can be informed and can go ahead and get your placeholders in if you want.
A few things to consider as you work on your cult member:
- All cult members must either have a name from the Names List, or they must have a reasonable reason for their name. For example, if your cat is named Jade, you must have a reason for it that makes sense, i.e. they were a kittypet before joining the cult.
- Any dissenters must be cleared with me first. It isn’t realistic for a highly devoted cult to have a whole bunch of dissenters, so I’ll be limiting the number of dissenters I’m willing to have. Generally speaking, the majority of the cult should be devoted and loyal to X and to their fellow Messengers.
- As a regular member, you will not be required to join the cult Discord server. It is recommended, though.
- I’m not sure if this will be an issue, but I’ll likely be capping the cult to 40 members. I might change my mind on that number. If it even matters.
- By joining the cult, you may be witness to or have to participate in roleplays with intense themes. While everything will be TW’d and kept within WCO guidelines, please remain aware of this.
- Guardians and healers need to have an element of their backstory that allows them to be in that role. A Guardian will need to have previously defeated two Council members in separate spars, or will need to have completed a significant feat in battle. If you wish to go the latter route, please reach out and let me know what your plans are for that element of their backstory. Mac won’t let just any feat earn a Guardian spot.
For healers, at some point in their backstory your cat must have shown an aptitude for remembering fine details and for making good decisions under pressure. They must also be relatively stable, mentally and physically.
- If necessary, I will close certain roles to further applicants. I know healers and guardians are probably going to be popular, but I’d like to see general messengers, caregivers, and pathwalkers get love, too.

PLAGUE definition; a contagious disease that spreads rapidly and kills many people.

There isn’t much to describe Plague other than that she’s cold-hearted and calloused, and generally a very large feline. Her long, albino fur being a dull white, its texture coarse and ragged as large, long, and tattered scars trail throughout her thick coat, especially along her long, thick-furred tail. Along her angular-shaped head, gnarly scarring trails down along the left side of her narrow muzzle, gradually leading down to her lip. The right side of her face seems to be missing most of her fur, gradually being mostly gnarly scarring. This scar leads up towards her ear, making it appear furless and nearly torn off. Both of her ears are heavily tattered, both being covered with nicks and one of them having a specific ‘v’ shaped scar along its tip. Beneath all her thick fur, broad and firm muscle show mainly along her shoulders and back, rippling everytime she moves.
Othe than her large size, her paws are also much bigger than a usual cat’s paws, being just as equal to her height and size. To add onto her large paws, she was born with unnatural, long, curved claws, giving her more of an advantage with her opponents… or even her victims. Another thing that stands out for this gigantic molly is the dull, tattered pink collar around her neck. Its appearance seems old and nearly disintegrated, almost digging into skin and fur of sorts. It also has some old, brittle cat teeth digging into the sides of the collar, each tooth twisted in some sort of different direction. Her only remaining eye is a dull pinkish-blue, due to the lack of pigment that she has due to her albinism, her eye gives off an eerie feeling about her due to the intensity it shares with contact with others and is rarely ever dilated. Her other eye socket is entirely swollen shut due to the gnarly scarring along her face. The retina had practically been torn out and wasn’t able to heal properly, resulting with that side being swollen shut for the rest of her life. Ouch.
Deceive, focused and cunning, three of the main traits that distinguish Plague as a whole. She has a high tendency of staying focused on a task, and never fails to get them done. She uses her great multitude of thinking to make keen decisions and her cunning tactics for battle strategies. However, she can be quite ambitious and has a heavy tendency of being deceptive towards other cats, especially for younger ones like kits and adolescent-aged felines. Due to her ambitions, Plague is rather apathetic to the lives of others but her own. To add onto this, she’s heavily irreligious, believing there is no afterlife and tends to get awfully rash and cold whenever anything that involves religions gets brought up.
However, she does keep her irreligious beliefs to herself in the X since she believes their ways and goals of life. However, she is very arrogant, and tends to be extremely hostile. She’s very snuck-up and tends to believe that she’s doing the right thing, believing to push cats into doing things that they need to do. If they don’t meet the needs that she wants them to meet, then she’ll be unreasonably rash and cold towards them. Her arrogance tends to get in the way a lot when in combat, causing her to have a heavy lack of regards for anyone who is close to her or anybody in general.
