As the chimera slinks slowly across the field she found, her one blue and one amber eye focused on her surroundings. She could not loose focus. She could be in danger right now. She stumbles over to a patch of grass and collapses, eyes shut. She stays for a few minutes, before opening her eyes blearily. This was a long journey. She could hardly make it to the clan territories at this rate.

She gets up, shaking the stalks off her black and white pelt before staggering on. Hopefully, she’s make it by morning. She searched around for something to eat, something that didn’t require her any strength. For example, a berry. She could not waste her strength at all. What was that? She raises her head, the smell of meat drifting into her jaws. Her pupils goes large and she lumbers towards the smell, to a corpse of a mouse. Fresh. She licks her lips and digs in.
