Matthew's Inferno || Origin RP [Open!]

The house was ablaze. Who knew that one simple mistake such as knocking over a candle would have such a large impact. Matthew quickly ran out of the house, trying to get his Twoleg to safety and failing. A beam suddenly fell and smashed the twoleg's arm, leaving them stuck there. Matthew looked at the twoleg one last time before running out of the house in terror. "I'm so sorry... I don't wanna die, I have to leave you here..." He mewled before running out of the building and towards the nearest river. He sat beside the river and looked at his reflection. "Aw, kibble! I'm covered in soot and ashes!" He gently growled this before leaping into the river for a bit of a swim, and surfacing the other side. He quickly got out, and found himself face to face with another cat. "H-Huh? Who are you?" He mewed.

A large tom with unusual scars looks down at the stranger. He licked the water from his scar ridden lips and glared. He grunted and narrowed his eyes. "I'm KnOwN aS SpOoKgAzE..." His voice cracked from the birth defect that effects his meow and his appearance. The scary looking tom waited for the stranger to make an introduction. SpookGaze waiting as he smelled the smoke from a fire. @LongForgottenSnowyPelt

"My name's Matthew, it's nice to meet you!" Matthew's voice was very soft and friendly.

SpookGaze looks down at the smaller cat with a stern look. The small tom still had some soot clinging to his fur. SpookGaze took another sniff of the air and looked across the water to where there was smoke bellowing up into the air, then back at Mathew. "YoU FRom TWoLEg PLAce?" He asked with his odd and eerie mew.

SpookGaze took that into consideration. He looked at the thing around Mathews neck and looked at him dead in the eyes, his deep sapphire blue eyes like cold but welcoming pools of water. "You WiLl NeeD tO lOsE thE cOLlAR..." He he said his voice getting more and more 'normal' from the continuous conversation. he sniffed Mathew and walked around him a few times. Then rubbed himself on each side of him to cover the sent and help wipe the soot from his fur. "YoU shouLdn't GeT much TRopuble From MY ClAn-mates... They bite but not for no reason. I suggest maing your way through the woods. you'll find another Twole- Neighborhood... through it." His voice had cleared up and it was rather soft spoken instead of the raspy cracks.

Neighborhood there." His mew now cleared up from the constant use of it. It was warmer. Much warmer and welcoming than the cracked and withered mew he had before.

"I-I really don't wanna go to another neighbourhood... When I first lived in my old one, I got attacked by loads of cats because of who I was." Matthew looked a bit scared.

"I-I don't know any other places..." Matthew was a kit, of course. He didn't know many places.
