The Ruins of Past Life (open)
Martenburr stretched out beside a circle of stones. he fretted with the stones, adding some smooth pebbles and seashells he'd brought from the beach near his riverclan home. in this place he remembered... things that made him feel as if his chest was going to explode...
he turned his gaze to the ruins of the burnt down farmhouse and barn and other buildings... he remembered growing up here as a kit... before the awful fire caused by that idiot Keith....
he sighed softly before closing his eyes and laying down next to his fathers grave...
