I. General

What is DarkClan?

DarkClan is an alt clan that was once super active. The ownership has been passed to me, so I'm going to try and make it as active as it once was!

History?

DarkClan was first made by _Snowstorm_ and was super active, with a whopping 21 cats! Multiple people left, and eventually Snowstorm themself left/was banned (?) from WCO. Ownership was passed to Beanz. You all most likely are aware of how Beanz is unable to be active on WCO anymore, but go check out their profile if you're not. Then, it was passed to the co-owner, Athena/Luna. She was a very good friend of mine but mental health caused her to leave WCO. Now it's passed to.... me.

HR's?

I currently own the leader, Faithstar, which is why I'm the new owner. The deputy is undetermined, and the Medicine Cat is an 8-moon-old apprentice named Wisppaw who will gain her name early. Don't ask to be an Hr. Just don't. Wisppaw is fine working by herself, as well. Faithstar can deal with everything currently going on, and a deputy is added to her list. She doesn't know anyone who she wants to be deputy yet.

DarkClan camp was destroyed in a rockslide, and most of the cats died. Faithstar pays respect to them daily. Hailstorm, Lunalight, Stormfire, Pearlpaw, Duskpaw, Dawndream, and Eclipsepaw, I believe. Yeah, a lot of cats, in other words. The camp is a dried-out riverbed filled with massive boulders from the rockslide. Leader's den is beneath a boulder and on top is the Hawkstone, where she calls meetings. The Apprentice's Den is also beneath a stone, while beside it is a well-woven bush against the rock that forms the warrior's den. tHe Elder's Den is pressed between a rock and the wall of the dried river, as is the Nursery.

Terrain

The terrain of the territory is a thick spruce forest with many stones and streams, but the forest floor isn't wet. It also has many tree stumps and Moss is plentiful.

The High Oak

A massive oak in a flower meadow where apprentices train. common prey here are birds, the DarkClan main prey source, mice, and voles. It's perfect for both battle and hunting training.

The Lost Pond

The lost Pond is formed in a deep crevice, mainly hidden from view. It tends to have herons and other large birds of which the cats don't hunt here. Water voles and songbirds are occasionally found here.

The Rugged Stones

The Rugged Stones are an area of the forest littered with small stones prone to injuring paws. Prey here includes the highly-disliked prey that are squirrels and rabbits. Crows and Ravens may be seen here as well.

The Twisted Tree

A partially underground, massive tree where hr's go to seek guidance from StarClan. Sit in the tree, and the ancestors will come to you. No prey is found here.

Kit to Apprentice

-Kits must have existed for at least two weeks and be 6 moons old.-

-Kits become apprentices at 6 moons unless they haven't completed classes or been punished.-

Apprentice to Warrior

-Must have existed for one month to quailfy

-Must be at least eight moons

-Must take the following lessons:

-1 Battle-
-1 Hunting-
-1 Territory Tour-
-1 Meeting-
-1 Assessment with Faithstar-
-1 Patrol-

-If they're older than 16 Moons, Faithstar will assess if they're fit to be warriors at all

-If they get punished, warriorship may be delayed.

-Mentors need to speak to Faithstar privately if they think their apps are ready early. She will then assess these apprentices.


Warrior to Queen

The only requirement is that the queen must have a diagnosed pregnancy and alert Faith about it.

-Faithstar does not allow more than two hand-selected Perma-queens. She will walk up to the cat herself and ask iff they are interested.



Warrior to Elder

-Must be 80 moons or older to qualify.

-In order to retire early, the cat must have a diagnosed-by-med excuse. Faithstar will then assess how badly the issue is before allowing them to retire early.



Anything to HR

-Must be an active cat around the clan.

-Will be hand-selected or applications will be held.

She gets very lazy when she actually has to do something, and would much rather stay in then do basic Apprentice duties (when she gets da rank//=. Its rather hard to get them to do anything as long as it has to do with its training.
Chicorykit as of now does not know that they will need to be an apprentice before getting that shiny Warrior name.
