Minnow'Kit struggled to run for cover due to her leg but she was able to hide behind a few stones nearby the exit.

Tidekit heard Minnowkit shuffle away, growing quieter and quieter until she could not hear the other kitten anymore. She waited a reasonable amount of time and then spun around quickly as if she expected Minnowkit to be right behind her, but of course she wasn’t. “Ready or not, here I come!” She crowed happily before bounding off into the clearing.
It took her quite some time, but eventually… “Hah! I found you!” She reached over the rocks and gently nudged Minnowkit with her paw. ”Now it’s your turn to count!”

Sparrowstar spoke words of odd comfort. All Rainpaw wanted to do was return to his days as a kit where things were simpler. Easier. Where his family was happy and together, enjoying their time. As Sparrowstar continued, he found it more interesting that his birth name would be given back to him, just to fit his present status. "T-thank you..." Now being dismissed, Crowpaw glanced at his father and headed back to where he was sitting so the meeting could continue.

Ro, a new member he hasn't even seen up until this meeting, had received his new name: Coyotepaw. Orchidbriar would be his mentor. Next up was a cat named Petalflight. Only the stars knew which Clan that cat belonged to before they came over here. Duskhope was to be their evaluator. Roseraven's status in ThunderClan was the next topic, and Echosong would be evaluating her skills.

The next bout of announcements was a lot of reassignments: Spottedpaw to Thunderclaw; Pollenpaw to Willowlight; Kitepaw to Fallenstep; Honeypaw to Sunsetthorn; Pebblepaw to Sorreldust; Crowpaw to Sootfur; Hazelpaw to Sunfall; Dapplepaw to Creamcloud. Wait, wait, wait... back up. Sootfur is my new mentor? Oh, you've got to be kidding me! My sister was his apprentice, he doesn't like me, I don't like him, and we haven't interacted with each other except one time: when Quietpaw was assigned to him!

Biting his tongue to keep himself from lashing out at Sparrowstar in front of the rest of the Clan, Crowpaw got up and lashed his tail while he scoured the crowd for his sister's old mentor. Once he found the annoying lump of fur, Crowpaw looked Sootfur up and down before he sat down and exhaled his frustrations.

"You didn't do crap to teach my sister being out of camp was bad. Get your fur on straight and teach your apprentice properly. I will not be nice the next time I have to say that." he growled in a low tone so that only his new mentor could hear. "She died saving my life, don't screw up this time, and don't let her memory go in vain. Those are my expectations, and if you fail even one of them, expect to see me being reassigned. Am I being clear?"

The next announcements were about Keepers, which is something that does not interest the young tom one bit. If he had one mouse tail for every Keeper he interacted with, he would have two mouse tails, which isn't a lot but it was weird it happened twice considering he keeps to himself.

Rainpaw, her younger adopted brother, had gotten his old name back. She didn't quite understand the reasoning to be brought back to the old memories of kithood, but perhaps Sparrowstar thought that Crowpaw would have a better time being reminded of the old times when he was still around his littermates and parents? Then two new cats: Ro (now Coyotepaw) and Petalflight were given evaluators along with Roseraven.

Reassignments were covered next, which wasn't all that surprising. Reassignments were in every meeting. Crowpaw was among them, and it looked like Sootfur would be mentoring her brother. Oh dear... good luck, honey... The next announcements were a lot more surprising, though it brought a sort of rush of excitement to the young Keeper. I wonder if I would ever be challenged for my role. I hope not, because I enjoy my job, but I am not prepared to spar with my own Clanmates. Then... the announcement of a fifth Keeper came into her ears.

"Wait, hold on... Sparrowstar, who is the fifth Keeper going to be?" she called up to her leader as she stood up, her eyes full of curiosity.

Pausing in her steps as her newest Keeper called after her, Sparrowstar turned with a crooked smile to meet the gaze of Flameheart.

"Whichever warrior is able to best me in a challenge will be gifted that fifth spot," she simply stated, voice vaguely amused as she responded. "Again, I am looking for the best of the best in Thunderclan; I expect my Keepers to hold their own against this forest."

Turning back towards her den, the tan molly disappeared inside with a swift swoosh of her tail.

Galekit had scrambled from the nursery as fast as he could, and he was almost too late to listen; but he wasnt. As he heard Big Cat Sparrow speak, a devious thought formed in his simple mind: Become Keeper. Looking for the closest one, he spotted her. Bumble-somethin... oh, what was her name... BUMBLEBEE!! YEAH THAT WAS IT!!!

Trotting over to her with a very serious look on his face, Galekit cleared his throat. "BUMBLEBEE!!! I CHALLENGE YOU FOR KEEPER!" His voice was a high-pitched squeak, and once he had uttered his "challenge", he turned to Big Cat Sparrow. "AND I CHALLENGE YOU, BIG CAT SPARROW, FOR LEADER! GALESTAR THE BRAVE SHALL RULE!!!" After that challenge,
he laughed maniacally, evilly, one would say.

Blazepaw sniffed around the cats unaware of the rank changes he bumps into stormpaw then being redirected he continued sniffing

At once, it clicked for Sorreldust that Blazekit was blind, with the way he didn't react to her until she tickled his nose. She rested her tail on the ground beside the older kit, watching him roll about. She didn't flinch when the kit inevitably rolled over where her tail was, honestly just trying to think of a way to communicate with the kit.
She'd heard around camp that little Blazekit was deaf, so finding a way to speak to him would be..... very tough not that the easiest methods of communication weren't available to her. Her brows furrowed as she thought.
As an expirament, she thwarted her tail against the ground, hoping the vibrations would catch the little one's attention. She didn't really know what she'd do if he did or didn't respond to the motion, but she hoped to establish some sort of ability to catch his attention.

Blazepaw sniffed around again as he sniffed around the molly then standing and sniffing the air unaware sorreldust his behind him, the tom lowered his head then feeling the vibrate of a thump taking a bit to feel it the tom ears flattened as the thump felt very loud" loud! loud!" he repeated shaking his head and prancing his feet, he turned to where the vibrate came from, his ears pinned to his head indicating he was disturbed

Sundust looked to Cherrykit, ears flicking forward as he listened to her questions. “It can be stressful, but helping my clanmates is worth it. There are a few cats in ThunderClan who know herbs, so they can help me with needed, or I can ask the other medicine cats for help as well.” Actually, that would be a good point to touch upon quickly. “See, medicine cats have a treaty. We are supposed to help cats regardless of their clan, and we are meant to help each other take care of our clans despite any bias or tensions. During our half-moon meeting we will discuss different herb and healing techniques, which helps prevent situations where I may not know how to treat an ailment.”

Seeing as that was the only question, Sundust continued on. “The final plant we’re going to touch upon is poison ivy.” He hovered his paw over the plant. “Poison ivy is, as its name suggests, poisonous. You do not want to touch it under any circumstances; if you do, it can make you very itchy for up to half a moon. The easiest way to identify it is the way the leaves are grouped into threes. It’s also important to bear in mind that should never eat any strange plant.” The medicine cat paused a moment so the kits could absorb the information. “Alright, that concludes our class. Thank you for attending, and please come find me if any of you have questions about herbs. You all are dismissed.” Sundust dipped his head to the kits, then rose to his paws to begin collecting the plants used in the lesson.

Cherrykit smiled at the answers to her question. "I understand, Sundust." She said, listening carefully to the poison ivy description. "That sounds very dangerous. Bye now!" The calico-tortoiseshell she-kit waved her at the medicine cat and left.

Glowkit smiled when the lesson was done. "YAY!!! TIME TO PLAY!!!" She yelled and was soon gone.

[ i will be making a post every 24-48 hours for the class (if this is too short a time period please let me know and i will adjust accordingly). your kit should be posted engaging with the lesson a minimum of 2 times in order to be marked as having attended the class; however, depending on the class and what is being asked, they may need to be posted with more. if you’re kit is being disruptive, not paying attention, or is otherwise not absorbing the material properly then sundust may ask they take the class again. ]

Sundust curled his tail over his paws, awaiting his next class. He had a fun activity today which would hopefully be better at keeping his pupils’ attentions - he had notice in his previous class had trouble staying focused on what he was talking about. This was a hands on lesson, so it should be more engaging.

Around the medicine cat sat several small bundles of cobwebs, with a few marigold leaves resting by his feet. He reached out with a forepaw to straighten one of the cobweb bundles, then sat back straight.
