Gull groggily got up from the place that he had been sleeping. He scented the air and got a whiff of an unfamiliar scent. He looked over his shoulder and noticed Pumpkin talking to a strange cat.

Looks: White tom with green eyes, a black striped, fluffy tail
Personality: Excited by things HE finds exciting, Outgoing to people HE chooses to be friends with. Bored a lot of the time, and is more mature and less appreciative of the twolegs.)

Feral, tired of playing with the human kits, just happened to come across a big orange rock, and laid down to rest.

Pumpkin glanced over, then turned his head to give Gull a friendly wave of his tail. "Good morning, Gull! I hope my pumpkins helped you sleep!" He gleamed in the eyes and he pawed the ground below him; this was a lot more fun than talking to pumpkins! Then he felt guilty for putting his best pumpkin friends off like he did. He still liked them, they just... didn't respond to his jokes or conversation-starters, which was a bit upsetting.

Oh? He raised his head a bit but instantly put it down; he felt no need to smell the new cat in his patch. He had a feeling they wouldn't be mean. But he could only have a feeling. He crept around to see another tom settling against his pumpkin, and his eyes grew wide with wonder. "Hi, new cat! What's your name? Do you like this pumpkin you're sitting with? I think I nicknamed this one Orangy, since it's orange!" He had no idea how badly he wanted to say that, but him saying it just now gave his heart even more joy than before.

Pumpkin gasped, his tail swaying. "Wow! You named one of the pumpkins already?! That's so amazing and cool!" He pranced, his paws barely able to stay on the ground in his excitement.

Gull padded over to Pumpkin and Feral. He looked at the pumpkin and happily prodded it with his paw. It is very cute, and that is a very cute name for it.

He had never even seen a pumpkin until yesterday, but they all looked so different and were all so cool.
