Roosterflame He/Him
__
The daisy bounced in Roosterflame’s mouth as he padded to the threshold of Cindystar’s den. He took a deep breath, hoping he wasn’t disturbing her or anything. “Cinderstar?” He called, careful to use her real name and not his mental nickname for her, “May I come in?”
He waited a moment before entering, his paws buzzing with a sense that he shouldn’t be here, in the sacred ground of the leaders of the clowder. He carefully dropped the daisy on the ground in front of his leader, dipping his head respectfully, “I came to apologize for being tardy to the meeting today. I didn’t mean to be late, but the wind was singing so beautifully through the leaves and the butterflies were dancing so well… I lost track of time, and before I knew it, I was dashing through the forest, daisy in hand, to try not to be too late to such an important gathering,” He explained, shuffling his paws on the ground, his ears flattened against his skull, “My deepest apologies, Cinderstar, I assure you it won’t happen again…”
The young warrior pushed the daisy towards the leader, his eyes cast downwards slightly, “When Dogbark let me into ThunderClan, I promised him I would devote my heart to this clowder, but now I’ve gone and missed a clan meeting. To you it may not be a big deal, but to me it’s problematic, you know?”
Roosterflame then went silent, wondering what the leader would have to say in regards to his lateness.

Cinderstar
With her first meeting as the Clans official leader under her paws, Cinderstar was beginning to feel more at home in the den. Not totally, and she knew she never would feel 100% at home in this specific den, but enough to not hesitate when she padded in anymore. Perhaps enough to even start thinking about decorating it, which would be fun to do. A game for the kits of ThunderClan, something to keep the occupied.
Something she was already used to, though, was her Clanmates seeking her out. She had tried to be as open and available as she could during her warriorhood, and hoped to extend that to her leadership. Ears perking at the sound of a voice outside her den, she turned to lay eyes on Roosterflame. He came in with what she confirmed was in fact the bundle of daisies she had thought to have seen at the meeting.
"Well thank you for the apology, Roosterflame, but I can assure you it is quite alright." It was not as if Cinderstar could command the entirety of ThunderClan to attend - she would leave it up to their own volition on what to do when it came to hearing Clan news. A smile drew up her lips and she returned the head dip in greeting. "I understand that giving ones word is important, and if... Dogbark were still here I am sure running late to one meeting would not be too terrible."
Speaking of the former deputy brought a mix of emotions. After the first few days of his disappearance, Cinderstar had been angry - furious, even. How he had easily seemed to have walked away from his Clan and not fought to come back. But the longer the days went on with no sign of him... she began to feel the frustration melt away into concern. Concern for her friend, for a cat she had grown up with in ThunderClan, whom she had trained alongside. Now, she found that whenever she did think of him it was with the hope that whatever had happened, he was alright.
As the thought dissolved like morning fog, Cinderstar refocused her faraway gaze onto the tom. "How are you settling into ThunderClan? I know it has been sometime, but you seem to be doing well." She hadn't heard any complains from anyone, and he seemed to be picking up on Clan life well which was a good sign.
~ Sparrowflight ~
Gingerly, the tan warrior padded her way towards Cinderstar's den. The message from Twilightstar echoed on repeat in her head as she focused on not forgetting any of the details while her paws kicked up a fuss of their own and demanded her attention.
Just one quick stop, then I'll go see Sundust. Stars above, this is inconvenient.
"Back from Windclan Cinderstar," she stated, poking her head inside but not fully committing to going into the den. If she did that, then she'd have to walk all the way back out before going to the medicine den. Her paws might just fall off if she had to do that. "Twilightstar would like us to meet her at the border in 6 sunrises. We can bring up to 5 other warriors if you'd like, but she will be escorting us in."
Shifting her weight back onto her haunches slightly, Sparrowflight held back a wince as she continued.
"She also would like to send her congratulations. She wishes you a long and successful leadership. Now... If you don't have anything else you need of me, I uh---I will be in the medicine den."
Just as quickly as her tan head had appeared in the den, it was quickly withdrawn in embarrassment as she limped her way over to Sundust's abode.

Cinderstar
Ears swiveling towards the familiar scent that drifted towards her den, Cinderstar dipped her head as Sparrowflight entered and stood at the entrance. Good, so there was now a date set for the meeting between Clans. She would be lying if she said she was not nervous for it, but at least she held no doubt in her position. It would be interesting to see the reactions of the other cats there once it was revealed that herself and Sparrowflight were ThunderClan's new crown.
It appeared Twilightstar had already given her position... and it made Cinderstar smile to know that despite the utter lack of respect displayed by the apprentices two or so moons ago, the WindClan leader still delivered well wishes. The thought brought a smile to her face. "That sounds wonderful. Thank you, Sparrowflight." Not for the first time was the silver she-cat thankfuk to have her by her side.
Hearing that she would be in the medicine den, a flash of worry crossed her face, but she allowed Sparrowflight to leave without any words. She would make it a point to go and check in on her before the date to meet WindClan drew nearer. Thankfully Sundust she knew would be more than up to the task of healing her.

They weren't entirely sure what happened, only briefly saw that she'd pulled Dovecloud to the side, but hadn't stayed around. It wasn't any of their business to know.

Cinderstar
Still buzzing a bit from enacting her second exile as ThunderClan's leader, Cinderstar sat in her den with her eyes drawn to the ceiling. She was relaxed a bit, though her brows were pinched together in thought as Dimhazel came in. The sound of their paw steps did not alert them yet, for the thoughts that floated in her mind were snapping up all of the leaders attention.
When Dimhazel spoke, Cinderstar brought her gaze back down, quickly chasing away what had been on her mind as she regarded her Clanmate. "Dimhazel, hello," she greeted with a dip of her head. It was clear from their demeanor that there was something on their mind that they wished to discuss, and upon further listening it was clear what; Sleethound's exile. That was the only part of the meeting that she could think of that would warrant a visit in her den.
Or perhaps it was the assignment of Softpaw. For a moment Cinderstar felt herself grow defensive. Was Dimhazel coming to tell her they did not wish to take her on as an apprentice? It would be well within their right... but something about it would leave a bitter taste in her mouth.
But Cinderstar had never been one to jump to conclusions, so instead of showing any notion of her thoughts she simply gave a long nod towards the warrior. "What can I help you with?" Her voice remained free of any of her thoughts, genuine and honest as she watched Dimhazel inquisitively.

Cinderstar
Twisting around from where she was fixing a small part of her nest, Cinderstar smiled upon seeing the newly named Dapplepaw enter her den. She still recalled the day she had found her in ThunderClan territory after another missing stint. "Dapplepaw, good to see you," she purred with a dip of her head. "Of course. Here, come and sit." Using one paw, she patted the den floor near her as she settled into a comfortable half-sitting, half-lying positon, her warm gaze resting on Dapplepaw.
For a moment they wondered if they should sit, but decided against it as it shouldn't be too lengthy of a discussion. If Cinderstar had shown any outward defensiveness about the thought of them not wanting to train Softpaw, they genuinely didn't notice. "It's about Sleethound. I agree exiling him was the best non-violent course of action."
Dimhazel's tail absent-mindedly swished as they thought about how to best word it. "Admittedly, I know nothing about him, but I'm concerned that he might try to weasel his way into one of the other Clans. Not only would I never want anymore of my Clanmates to be at the receiving end of his claws, I'm also worried if he was accepted, that he might harm the apprentices there as well."
The other Clans might be the enemy in battle (and some just.... at all times), but that didn't mean that any apprentice should suffer at the claws of someone they were supposed to trust and be safe with. "I believe we should inform the Clan leaders about him, and why he was exiled, so that more reasonable leaders can turn him away."
It briefly occurred to them that this would be something she'd announce at the next Gathering, but if they remembered correctly, wouldn't there be a private meeting for the leaders planned to take place before it? Perhaps the quieter setting would be a better environment for such delicate information.

The cream swirled molly sat near the edge of camp, her paws tucked underneath her and her tail curled around her body and a woodland mouse sat in front of her, untouched. It was sunny with a few clouds drifting occasionally across the blue sky, the air was clean with that lovely green-leaf scent, and the Thunderclan camp was calm.. for once-.
Ever since CinderStar became leader everything seemed to calm down a bit- but yet again SweetSwirl was never really focussing on the chaotic world around her. She lowered her head to take a nibble out of the fresh kill and she began to think. Now this was something that she didn't often do, the molly never liked thinking about things that have already happened or thinking about issues that arose from those past actions, but this time she had something big to think about.
You see, SweetSwirl had discovered that she was expecting not too long ago, and her mate wished to not have anything to do with her kits, and that was fine.. although it still kind of stung. She hadn't decided what she would do with the kits after their born, she could give them away, keep and raise them or figure it out when it happens, she would normally choose the last option but this time she was considering the other two.
Lost in thought the molly remained quiet and nibbling on the little mouse.

Songblossom padded over, carrying a squirrel. “May I sit here?” she mewed.
Nectarflame places her robin on the fresh-kill pile and promptly fades away into the abyss of Plum being busy again.

Roosterflame couldn’t suppress the purr rumbling in his throat at the leader’s words, and he straightened up, “Thank you, Cinderstar,” He replied, a grin stretching across his face, “I just… well, I don’t make commitments easily, so it’s a big deal when I break them, no matter how trivial the commitment may be- not saying clan meetings are trivial, of course!” He pointed at the daisy, “That’s for you, by the way, I wanted to enunciate my apology.”
He watched her as she seemed to zone out, and he knew with little doubt that she was thinking about the aforementioned tomcat, and he could guess that it wasn’t all butterflies and rainbows in her head at the moment.
When Cindy spoke again, Roosterflame’s smile grew all the more brighter, “I think I’m settling into clan life quite well, thank you! Some things still trip me up at times, like remembering the entire Warrior Code- though I do drills and I can remember most of it- and the fact that if we don’t hunt, the clan can starve. Otherwise, I think I’m settling in great! I’m very glad I came to ThunderClan, this was the best decision of my life,” He curled his tail around his paws, his ears perked up now and his eyes bright, “How about you? How’re you settling into being leader? I think you’ve been doing excellent.”

The cream molly's eats pricked up and she raised her head gingerly. She saw her clan mate, SongBlossom, the caped warrior was blocking the afternoon sunlight and she was holding a squirrel.
SweetSwirl paused for a moment before nodding slightly, her mind was still else where but perhaps it would be good to talk to a cat about her dilemma. She took another bite of her mouse before looking over at the blue eyed molly, she sighed slightly. "Ive sorta had a lot on my mind recently.. mind if i get your input?" SweetSwirl asked SongBlossom hesitantly with a bit of a weak smile.

SweetSwirl sat up from where she was laying, and took a deep breath. "As you know I fell pregnant recently-" she paused for a moment and flicked her tail slightly " My mate wants nothing to do with my kits.. and- and thats okay- its just that i became pregnant so young-" she shifted her paws uncomfortably, she didn't like speaking about this sort of topic "Im not sure that i'm capable of looking after kits.." her eyes were beginning to well up with tears, she wanted to give her offspring the start of life they deserved but she didn't think she could give them the best start if she raised them herself
