Beepaw
The feline slowly made their way over at the leader's call for a meeting. Ooh, this would be interesting! They always enjoyed hearing what was going on in the clan, especially when the news were delivered by their amazing mentor, Roachstar. Well, they didn't know yet if Roachstar was amazing, but it was okay to make assumptions in their opinion! They plopped down somewhere close to Hornetpaw, as they did not really know anyone else. Maybe they should go talk to more cats one of these days. Anyways... this appeared to be a boring meeting. Only reassignments, ceremonies, a mention of becoming medicine cat apprentice...

While Beepaw wouldn't mind that position they decided not to go visit Spidertwig. They found themselves enjoying warrior apprentice life quite a lot, and they wanted their warrior ceremony to be done along with Hornetpaw's! Being a medicine cat seemed really complicated. Of course it had some intriguing sides too, however, they would only really take such a position if offered to them and not be completely proactive to receive it. There were much more suitable cats, in their opinion.

Ooh - a patrol with her mentor, her siblings and sting's mentor! A grin grew on Beepaw's face and they bounded over to their patrolmates with an excited flick of their tail. This was their first patrol ever, and with the coolest cats imaginable. That meant they were super cool too, right? Oh, surely everyone thought of them that they were such an amazing, priveleged apprentice. Their smile grew wider and they practically bounced on their paws to get started. Unfortunately they didn't know how to hunt yet, but they were sure Roachstar would demonstate how to do that! "Queen Bee is ready to go," they mewed with a little chuckle. "Oh Hornetpaw, this is gonna be our first patrol, and it's gonna be amazing!"

With that they rushed out of camp, racing after the two big cats. As the two of them stopped to talk, Beepaw looked at their sibling with a frown. "So they're just gonna leave us alone like that? What do we dooo? We don't even know how to hunt! Oh, maybe we can hunt together and we'll be much better at it." Teamwork was the dreamwork, not?

Hmm. How peculiar. A medicine cat simply sitting around with nothing to do. Mothkit tilted their head, considering the situation from their post across the clearing. Did the older cat have nothing to do? Not likely. Mothkit's whiskers twitched. Cats should always be busy. Mothkit was always busy, and the leader always seemed busy. Other cats were always busy. So why not this one?

The fluffy little kit blinked their enormous green eyes. How peculiar, indeed. An investigation was necessary. Mothkit heaved themself to their paws and strode across the clearing with a sense of purpose. Head held high, they approached the medicine cat and plopped themself down before the she-cat. "What are you doing?" they asked importantly, staring up at the medicine cat with squinting eyes.

The medic looked down. "well little kit no one is sick for me to fix right now so I'm just watching around the clan making sure no one gets hurt!"
