~~~ Shadowpaw made quick work of the exercise. Flintclaw had the hint of a grin on his maw when she returned with the mouse and dropped it in front of him. He did a pretty good job of training this young apprentice, if he did say so himself. She already had the next bit of information that he was going to share, so he didn't even need to bring it up.
So far, so good. It was strange seeing the differences between Smokepaw and Dizzypaw. Both of these brats needed very different instruction to excel. "Normally, yes," The dark tabby rasped. "But that is enough for today. This concludes the basics of hunting lesson. I expect you should be able to fair fine when you go on a hunting patrol from here on out." He announced.
Then he turned to walk back to camp, flicking his tail to indicate for the apprentice to follow with her mouse.
