Windystar has settled into the leader’s den, unused to being by himself. He didn’t realize that his sleep relied so heavily on the snores and idle chatter of other cats. Now, it was dead silence. Nothing in the den but him. He didn’t like it. It was too quiet. He could hear himself think. And it was LOUD. A lot of mmm we’re leader now, aaaAAAAH. He barely slept the first few nights. He needed company.

That’s why he had asked Milkweed to meet him here.

He wanted to talk with the feline about what had happened. They hadn’t talked in awhile, and their last conversation was very heartfelt. He overall appreciated the cat’s company. He needed to talk to someone before he lost his mind.

yeah.
the battle happened.
and milkweed had fought in it just like everyone else. but there had been so many rumors that windygale had..died. and when he found out that it was true, he was broken for a bit. while he hadnt known the tom for long it scared him to think of his life without him. not just because they connected so quickly, but just his presense in general. he enjoyed it. and to think that he had died for a moment was scary. he had gotten so scared. it took awhile to even want to approach him again, in fear of losing him again. granted, milkweed hadnt suffered much loss in his life, but this had been a slap in the face. windy had asked to meet him in his den so he complied. it was night, the cool hair ruffling his fur slightly as he walked into the warm den. it still reeked of goldenstars scent, but this was windys home now. he was leader. he didnt know what to say, usually hed greet him with warm smiles and purrs, but there was..some sort of awkwardness, now.

Dovetalon heard his name being called as he laid out in a patch of sun. He looked over at Nightfall with a purr. "You needed me?", he asked.

Butternutsun stood in the clearing her brown, black, and grey fur being groomed carefully the sun lighting up her fur as it made it sparkle. She stretched her gaze out trying to see if there was anyone to talk to. Her eyes fell to the blue-grey molly with the ocean blue eyes. She began approaching her and flicked her tail,” Hello molly with grey fur and blue eyes. Mind if I join you?” She asked I hope this molly doesn’t get mad because I am horrible at remembering names...
