Turning, his gaze swept the clearing for the semi-familiar pelt of the deputy. "Frostflight!" Buckfrost called out sharply. "We've returned from the WindClan border, and ah, we have a fox." @Dust

Frostfall had just made his way back into camp after a relatively successful patrol with his new apprentice. Gosh, it felt like moons since he had last laid down for a good nights sleep... What was on the agenda? Talk to Lionstar... and that was eat. Just as he was about to make his way towards the leader's den, Buckfrost's yowl startled him from his thoughts. Turning tail, he greeted the warrior with a dip of his head, listening as he reported his findings -

"A fox?" He meowed in disbelief, his pelt bristling with slight worry. "What happened with it? Did your patrol make it back alright or do we need to send out another one to pick up any clanmates?" Well... if there was still a fox out there and the patrol hadn't brought back any injured felines it would be fox-chow by now. No doubt.

Moonfall made a decision when Lionstar left his quarters to greet two cats at the entrance, though bolder than she liked. True, no bolder than slinking around the RiverClan camp unnoticed, but it definitely going to get her noticed now. She flattened back her ears and ducked her head submissively, sitting right next to the entrance of Lionstar’s den.
Waiting patiently, Moonfall watched the clearing come to a standstill.

Is it just me or does no one notice Moonfall at all?! Not even Lionstar, who I’ve been trying to contact since I first knew how to RP! RiverClan is my absolute favorite, and I really want to join!

Pebblepaw followed after the other apprentice as they skirted through the territory and back into camp. He was feeling... guilty to say the least. His stomach was swirling with slight nausea as he pushed his way into the clearing alongside Littlepaw. What if someone saw them? What would happen if they got caught? What if Lionstar banished them?! Well, it seemed so far the thoughts had been for nothing! As Littlepaw licked his ear, he stumbled back in equal parts surprise and distaste. Was that normal?! Of course, his siblings had done it before and he thought Firehawk maybe at some point.. but he barely knew Littlepaw! Embarrassment seeped from his pelt as he neglected to follow her into the apprentice's den and rather opted to settle down just on the outskirts of the clearing, his thoughts of disobedience still eating him up.

Moonriselight was sitting outside the warriors den when she felt something land on her back. The molly stood up and hissed. She hadn’t realized it was on accident until the cat said something. She forced herself to calm down. ”It’s alright. It was an accident I understand.”, she meowed, forcing a smile. Moonriselight picked up the prey and placed it down in front of the other molly.

She nodded, licking down the fur that had stood on her tail when the warrior hissed. "Are you alright? You seemed like you were really about to let me have it," she asked, trying the study Moonriselight's face. Didn't she recently have kits? Why wasn't she in the nursery? Maybe she was just taking a break for some air. Raccoontail had no experience in that and frankly didn't want to. Loosing patrols would be the death of her!

With her permission, Firehawk led Bella to RiverClan's camp. "I'm sure you'll like it here," he told her as they passed through the entrance. "Clan traditions are.. definitely weird, but you'll get used to it!"

Stopping not far from the entrance, he called: "Lionstar!"

In a flash, the golden tabby was upon them-- distrustful eyes focused on Firehawk before they swapped to Bella. And in that instance, the annoyance Lionstar seemed to bare melted into a warm smile not meant for his adoptive father. Firehawk would've been a liar if he ever said it didn't hurt to be.. disowned and disregarded by one of his kits.

"Ah, I wasn't expecting a visitor! What brings you to RiverClan?"

Bella nodded as she walked with Firehawk, letting her eyes wander and soak in the unfamiliar sights. "This place is lovely," She mewed excitedly, smiling in admiration of RiverClan camp. She giggled when he mentioned Clanlife being weird, but she expected it. As long as my kits are safe, I can handle weird.

The diluted mollly was startled by Lionstar's swift approach, perking her ears with interest. "Oh!" She mewed absently, rounding her amber eyes inquisitively on the so-called-leader. The tension between the two toms concerned her at first, but the moment passed by so fast, she barely had a moment to ponder it. She smiled warmly at Lionstar and dipped her chin in greeting. "My name is Bella. I'd be glad to share my story with you in private, but to keep things short, I'm a loner in search of a home for my future kits..." Her tail hovered briefly over her swollen stomach. "I may not look it now, but I'm a very good hunter and a sharp fighter, and I'm willing to learn all your rules and customs here in RiverClan. I'd be eternally grateful if you'd allow me to stay here, and I'm certainly not one to cause trouble."

Eaglepaw trotted through the clearing, smiling. The crisp winter air was cold to breathe in, but its freshness made up for it. He dodged his way through the mob of cats, finding a quiet space to sit. Riverclan was constantly busy these days. He sighed, sitting back. This was his favourite time to think. When will I become a warrior? It's been ages. When will I be able to properly swim!? Never, probably. And...

At least she seemed far more promising than the last queen he saw. The other one had a feeling of death around her, the scent of.. sickliness Lionstar didn't want lingering in the Clan. "You may join, B.. Bella... but you will be unable to keep that name. I will be calling a Clan meeting soon to change it, and I expect you to attend. Firehawk, show her to the nursery."

Sandshell pounced at the ground and rolled "oof!" she mewed, hopping back up as soon as she could she retook some steps. Sandshell's imagination had grew since she was a kit even though she was a newly made warrior, she looked around looking for someone to play fight with.

Eagleflight was a little surprised to hear that Milkmallow thought Blazingstar was his father. He let out a light chuckle. "Oh, no, it's not Blazingstar," He answered, his eyes warm. "I'm not sure if you'd know him, actually. I don't know what he's up to now-a-days. He could've left the clan for all I know." He hadn't spoken to his father in many, many moons, especially since becoming deputy. He was a grown cat, and had always done just fine without paternal guidance.

"Aaaand we're here!" He chided, sounding reassuring to the injured tom as they reached the barrier of reeds that marked the entrance to the RiverClan camp. He carefully helped the WindClanner through, making sure his injured leg didn't get snagged on anything as they entered the camp. He looked around, trying to spot Shiverpetal. Maybe he was in his den. "The medicine den is just over here," He told Milkmallow sweetly.
