the brown warrior took a tail of a skinny fish and dragged it to a muddy spot. He took out a bite of the fish. Then Dirtfur dabbed dirt on his pelt. He perked and twisted his ears; his right ear had been acting up and the dirt-tomcat's eyes were blurry as well, might have that check out by Shiverpetal.

Otterleg padded across the clearing, easily walking even though she was missing a leg. She saw Dirtfur settling across the clearing and smirked at him.



A tom cat covered in dirt. An interesting find by all means. She paused for a second. This would be fun.



The she cat crossed to the tom cat and stood over him, twitching her long tortie tail. "Howdy, stranger." The she cat's smooth voice rumbled with a purr.

Looking up at the smoothing voice, Dirtfur found himself a beautiful she-cat, shining in the sun! "H-hey." Dirtfur stuttered, wishing he can hide himself in dirt and mud. He licked his chest. "Um... how are ya?"

The return to camp was quiet.

Buckfrost entered camp looking worse than he actually was, with Stoatdance's heavy form over his back and Birchsnow's assistance with keeping her on him. His pelt was smeared with blood, though he was glad it wasn't his own..

Setting her down near the center of the clearing, his eyes swept across his surroundings. "Shiverpetal, could you come here? I believe Stoatdance won't be long for this world if she doesn't get some assistance soon."

Oh. She would have fun with this tom. Shy toms were always fun.

Otterleg was not a malicious cat. Very much the opposite. She was fun and friendly, but a huge flirt. It made her feel good.

"I'm doing pretty good." She meowed, tilting her head up slightly. Her ears twitched angling towards the tom as she sat down, heavy on her right side. As she sat, it became apparent that the she cat was missing her hind left leg. It was healed cleanly, but her entire leg was missing.

She curled her tail with a smile. "How are you? I haven't seen you around before." The tom was curled up in the dirty puddle, brown pelt dabbled with mud. He was pretty cute, especially with the stutter.

Eagleflight was seated by the camp entrance on guard, shifting his weight back and forth from paw to paw. He'd stayed behind to guard the camp, since Frostfall had chosen to go to battle. He figured it made sense for one deputy to stay behind, and if he was being honest, he'd rather not visit ShadowClan anyways. He was anxious. Not for his own clan, however. He knew that RiverClan was more than capable of holding its own. He was anxious because he knew that Lionstar would not be afraid to shred their enemy clan within an inch of their life. He knew he shouldn't feel that way--after all, Icestar had verbally provoked them, right? With that stunt her deputy had pulled?

He shook his head. Lionstar had also said himself that one should not let simple taunts dictate your actions. Then again, Lionstar did tend to be a tad hypocritical. No, how dare I think that? He's my leader! The deputy's troubled gaze studied every lump of snow on the ground beneath his paws, lost in thought. Did ShadowClan really deserve this again?

The snow lifted from a sudden gust of wind as he trekked on. Only the silhouettes of their bodies shown until he got closer, the sound of his clan-mates gave him an extra boost high stepping through the icy snow until his gaze lifted to see the russet deputy. Taking a paw back, he didn't realize how close he was from bumping right into him. All of his senses was disarrayed and mind only drawing a blank. Greenfur gently placed Sunblaze onto the ground, double looking to see he's still breathing. For the first time, worry darkened his green orbs, closing them tight shut before staring back at Eagleflight. "He's alive but his wounds look serious," his deep voice cracked, feeling weaker than ever. Luckily his wounds already started to cake up, ceased from bleeding out even more but the amount of blood lost made him feel light headed and heart doing back flips. "Anything happened here?" he asked.

Sparkheart padded into camp, a couple scratches were seen on his hody from the battle he had come back from. They weren't too deep, so he wouldn't worry tok much about it. The ginger tabby tom sat down and began to lick the dried blood off his wounds. Maybe later he would see the medicine den.
